Thank you so much for your feedback and I'm very sorry for the service issues you experienced. Westend Bath & Kitchen is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Ottawa area for 25 years and there is nothing more important to us than making sure our customers are completely happy. I'm glad to hear that you were pleased with the installation. We take great pride in the quality of our work and have some of the best contractors in the area. However, at Westend we also believe that taking care of our customers AFTER the job is finished is just as important as during so it is very upsetting for me, and the rest of my family, to hear that you did not receive the service you needed in a timely matter. We are aware that our service department was being poorly managed for some time and have taken steps to correct that. At the start of 2012 new management was put in place and we are very confident that this sort of thing will not happen again. Please accept my sincerest apologies and should you ever need any further work done i hope you will consider giving us the chance to prove that Westend is number one for bathroom and kitchen renovations in Ottawa. We truly appreciate that you put your trust and confidence in us the first time. We know that deciding who to bring in to your home is a tough decision and it's not something we take lightly. Please don't hesitate to contact me personally if there's anything i can do.

Thank you for the feedback. This was a charity event that our designers volunteered their time for in order to raise money for a young lady with cancer. Since these consultations took place at (and were organized by) Gendron Antiques, not Westend Bath and Kitchen, the amount of time the designers could spend with each individual was limited and they also did not have access to the resources that they normally would. Had the consultations taken place here at Westend they would've been better equipped to show you (via pictures and actual 3D drawings) what would be possible in your space. We also have someone that will come out to your home free of charge to see and measure the space, which would provide you with a much better idea of what you could do!
