We had nine Türkmenistan rugs in our home, one with moth ingestion just starting, and it had had lots of damage due to our last dog and our new dog peeing and pooing on it. It was past the point of redemption. Ben showed us rugs from his private collection, and we purchased a new one to replace that one, plus one for our library room, and one for the spare bedroom. We also had our basement carpet cleaned. Ben and his son Said are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Better attention to detail than the big names.

Ben did an excellent job - picked up my carpet and made some recommendations. He dropped off my carpet when it was convenient for me. I would refer this company to anyone that needs a rug cleaned!

Ben and Toronto Rug Cleaning did a fabulous job a few months ago on my family room area rug and again just recently on a small hallway rug and living room rug. they are professional and on time with delivery and pick up. The rugs are so clean and look fabulous! I highly recommend them

Ben did an excellent job repairing our carpets, moth proofing them (we had carpet moths!) and cleaning them. They look brand new. The job was thorough and the he finished in timely manner. Highly recommend his services...and he's a great guy to boot!

Silk hand knotted rug for cleaning. Minutes before they were to arrive I took a fall in my tiny cottage and severely broke my wrist. I am a senior who lives alone. I went into shock. I look up and saw standing outside my door this figure dressed in white like an angel. I managed to get myself to the door by dragging myself on the floor and in he came. In a few more minutes, while l got my wallet and etc., he had rolled up the silk rug, taken it to the truck and then he insisted intaking me personally and immediately to the Emergency. Which he did. He then called me over the next few days to check in on me. The rug was superbly and lovingly cleaned and my wrist is healing. Now, that is what you call great service. lucky, lucky me.

What amazing service - thorough, professional, lovely to deal with and all around lovely guy! Would 100% recommend. He got a horrible stain out of my daughters carpet which I thought would never come out. On time, excellent communication - only have the best things to say about this business! 11/10!!

I'm really thrilled with my experience hiring Toronto Rug Cleaning. Ben was so kind and communicative throughout the process. He brought my Moroccan rug back to life after years of never being professionally cleaned. This type of rug is hand woven and naturally dyed, so they have to be handled with extra care. Ben and his team are super knowledgeable and treated this rug like the artwork it is. I'd hire him again and highly recommend his services!

I have used Toronto Rug Cleaning to clean and repair my rugs that range in size from 5x7 to 9x12I have found them to have a fair price and provide excellent service. My rugs looked fantastic when they were returned. Ben is very professional and really knows the rug cleaning business!

Ben is amazing! After a spill on my dining room rug he came to the house and assessed the damage and took the rug away to be cleaned. He cleaned the dining room rug plus another rug that needed attention. He also arranged to have them protected against future spills. They are now back at home and looking like new. Thanks to Ben
