As the saying goes..You get what you pay for... Not cheap but top quality. The installation of the driveway was well coordinated between the different crews working on it. A minor blemish in the concrete after installation was promptly and professionally repaired. I was concerned with the driveway being to slippery after it was sealed but the penetrating seal that they recommended leaves a flat finish and is not slippery when wet or with snow. The darker colour we chose also does a great job melting the snow. The only recommendation I would make is for PC to offer soil and sod replacement (resulting from the trenching required for driveway install) as an option to add to their service.

The professionalism of the Patterned Concrete staff from my initial.request for a quote to the after service has been exceptional. They ensure you understand the timeline, payment obligations , project completion date and after care . I knew their craftsmanship was top notch but what impressed me most was the way they left my property post construction. Cleaner than pre construction.

Worst job ever, rock pops every were and part of warranty after 4 fixes they refused to fix them anymore. They do not lice uo to the warrant and the sales rep tell you 2nd coat is covered and it is not.... do not use pattern concrete it only looks good for 1 year..

After speaking with Peter, it was clear that Patterned Concrete was the company for me. By only focusing on concrete, they've truly mastered the skills nessissary to call themselves professionals. They've proved themselves for my home, and after Waterproofing will begin on my 2nd property April 3rd. Highly recommend.

I just have time to write a review for my favor company, especially i am dealing with a frustrated renovation company now, so I recall that I should write a review to let everyone know how the company's professional, organized, and completed job on time. as well as very good customer service even after years of your projects. this is my 2nd project with the company, first time is my front door, this time is my pool deck, all process is very very organized, you receive the emails and the worker just come at the date they inform you unless weather issue. all staff from the owner to worker, everyone is so friendly and make you happy. solve and respond your concern "immediately " . most important is the quality is five star. but one thing you need to know, once you has the experience with the company, then many companies may not be satisfied you , because i always compare new company to them..

Patterned Concrete was very clear on timing of each stage of the project. Called in advance to confirm we were aware of the Team showing up each day and several visits done right thru the project to check the quality of the work and that we were happy. Very happy with this investment and would recommend the company to anyone looking to do a stamped concrete.

Connie & her team were all in all - amazing from start to end. A few minor hiccups here & there.... but she always made sure all issues were addressed in a timely manner. I am more than thrilled with the results; Patterned Concrete has transformed my new place into the House of My Dreams. Thank you Connie, and Patterned Concrete for everything :)
