This is our 3rd job done by Patterned Concrete. They are efficient, professional and always available for any concerns. They are quick to reply to messages and go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction.

We hired Patterned Concrete after speaking with Tom who explained the process which was far more comprehensive than other companies we met with. The process was easy and the job was executed exactly as they outlined. The crews that came, were professional, on time and friendly. They took the time to protect the house and street when they were pouring and did a great job cleaning up when the project was done. The designer and office staff were on the ball with everything, we worked with Susy and found her to be very knowledgeable and well organized. We are extremely satisfied with their process, staff and quality work and would recommend this company anytime.

I did a year of homework searching for the right company to do my driveway. This company is one of the greatest that I ever worked with ... professional, precise, on-time. The team work was top notch. They responded to questions and resolved them quickly. The team Peter, Dino, Tom, Susy and Yousef etc. were friendly, helpful and made this big project a breeze. 10 out of 10.

When we purchased our new home we knew from the outset that we'd be contracting Patterned Concrete Mississagua to install all of the hardscaping around our home. We're returning customers and the previous work they've done for us definitely increased the value of our last home. Our experience with them this time has again been stellar. Everyone we interacted with on this project was professional, knowledgeable and candid. We love that customers are provided with a CAD drawing and that every step of the work to be completed is clearly outlined to you before work begins. The entire process was efficient and transparent. Patterned Concrete employs craftsmen, who care about the end product and the attention to detail each crew member put into our job was refreshing to see. We've had several neighbours stop by to compliment on what a beautiful job Mississauga Patterned Concrete has done.A special thank you to Tom, Susy and Dino who provided a fantastic level of service. We're now looking forward to worry free summers filled with bbqs and family get togethers on the patio. Thanks so much for making our vision a reality!

Several neighbours had used Patterned Concrete and we were impressed with the work done, so we had an easy decision with regards to our own project. We contacted Patterened Concrete early in the new year with the hopes of having the work finished before the May long weekend and were not disappointed. All of the design and prep was done before Easter, and were told the work would be done as soon as weather permitted. Everyone we worked with was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Throughout the entire process, any questions we had were answered quickly and we were regularly updated on each step in the process. The job itself was very dusty (as expected) but when it was complete, the clean-up crew left the entire area in pristine condition. We had one noticeable concern with the finish, which was fixed beyond our expectations within two days. We love our newly finished porch and walkway and would definitely use Patterened Concrete again.

The work that was preformed was of great quality and the crew who performed the work was done with great professionalism .

I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish, Dino made sure all of our questions were answered and his crew delivered exactly as per the timelines. Our patterned driveway and entrance walkway looks fabulous and expertly done. Also a few words regarding the project manager Dino - we had some questions and Dino took the time and trouble to patiently answer all queries and to ensure we were satisfied with the overall job. You are in good hands with Dino and his crew - a very professional crew.

We’ve already had several compliments on our new drive. Very pleased with our choice of Patterned Concrete Mississauga to replace our tired old interlocked drive with exposed aggregate and a patterned concrete border. We did have a few last minute questions that were answered promptly and everyone from Susy in the office to all the crews were pleasant to deal with. We liked the schedule for work being laid out ahead of time and it was bang on time, 2 weeks start to finish. Yes, it is a messy, dusty process, (we're neat freaks) but the end result is so worth it. We couldn’t be happier.

At the recommendation of our friends who had their driveway done by Patterned Concrete we contacted the company for an estimate for a backyard patio. From start to finish we found the staff from this company to be friendly, efficient and well organized. We were given an estimate and arranged for a meeting to discuss and sign a contract. We were given a comprehensive package that outlined the area that was to become our new patio as well as the name and contact numbers for the different supervisors/managers. What became evident is that every aspect of this company is comprised of teams who all work together to provide an excellent product and leave their customers more than satisfied. We were given a work schedule and each team arrived on time and on the right day. When one team finished their aspect of the work the other team arrived. As concrete can be messy and very dusty we were concerned that our sunroom windows would be left dusty and dirty. Part of their clean up process is that they power wash not only the concrete but also the windows and brick. We had several neighbour’s who came around to view the work and ask about the company. The result was that two more neighbours were happy to book with Patterned Concrete. That in itself says it all. Would we refer Patterned Concrete to family and friends? Absolutely!
