Thanks to Matthew for doing an excellent job on our fireplace. He immediately knew that the interior log structure had been installed incorrectly. He repositioned them, cleaned and set up our fireplace to look as good as new! We had considered a full replacement prior to him coming in so this was much appreciated. Thanks Matt!

Called Classic fireplace for service on my fireplace. Karen scheduled me in for the following week and provided a time frame. Matt the tech showed up within the time frame and provided a full service on my fireplace. He took it all apart, cleaned it, tested for leaks and ran it through the start and shut off cycles. Matt was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and also gave me some operating tips that I was not aware of. Very satisfied with the service provided by this Company.

Chris from ROCC serviced our 10 year old Valor Gas Fireplace. He was prompt, efficient, Friendly, courteous and rapidly diagnosed the proble. Replaced the main digital contoller, cleaned the unit and glass and gave good addvice about our maintaining the unit. We highly recommend him.
