The knowledge and service at Classic Fireplace is stellar. I wanted to switch out my gas fireplace for electric and have a new mantle and built in shelving with the new surround. Edward and the team at the Scarborough location was amazing during the whole process, and the millwork done by Adam was top notch. Would highly recommend them!

We have had fantastic service with Edward at the Scarborough store. He is knowledgeable and asks all the right questions in order for us to make the best product decision. When we needed our fireplace serviced, Shawn came out to our house and we were very pleased. He called to let us know his arrival time, was very clean and respectful. He also provided us with great tips on keeping our units running smoothly. Thank you!

Have used Classic Fireplace in the past for the installation and service of our gas log. We decided to have custom fireplace doors fabricated to keep out winter drafts when the fire was not on. The fireplace is over a hundred years old, not your standard hearth opening and a challenging step design on the surround. So not an easy job to design, fabricate and fit doors into this unusual hearth. We were delighted with the outcome and Terry at the Ajax store was outstanding in his understanding of our unique needs and his and his follow through from concept to installation. Now that the cool weather is here we can attest to the fact that drafts are gone and our living room, in fact our house is now more energy efficient. Thanks Classic Fireplace.

Previously, I used Classic to supply a 20 foot natural gas hose and replace the 10 foot hose on our fire table. I hadn't used Classic previously and didn't know what to expect. Karen, in the service department was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with and she set up the appointment. Chris and Matt were assigned to do the work. They let me know when they were on their way, showed up on time, did their work and explained what they were doing. At the time they mentioned they serviced a number of gas appliances and indicated they had a cleaning/health check service for fireplaces. I was impressed with their work and the company in general, so I arranged with Karen for the guys to come out and check our 20 year old gas fireplace. Again, Chris and Matt let me know when they were on their way, showed up on time, did their work and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they did, the tests they performed and the associated results. I had a very positive experience on both occasions.

We purchased a Napoleon Phantom Prestige 500 Gas Grill with gas installation in June and we absolutely love it! First off thank you to Edward for his amazing customer service, knowledge, and recommendation! Edward was able to provide us with options according to our needs and definitely got the perfect fit. From entering the show room to setting up the delivery and installation, Edward exceeded our expectations with attention to detail. Thanks for making this a great experience!

Edward was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process from start to finish in getting us setup with a Linear fireplace (for our basement) and Napoleon Built-in grill (backyard). His advise and guidance on what would work best for our home and backyard was spot on while keeping in mind the budget we had to work with. I would recommend him to any of our friends and family.

After a recent backyard makeover, we decided it was time to replace my 12-year-old natural gas grill that was close to disintegration. With my sights set on a Napoleon Prestige 500, I was all set to buy through the Napoleon website, but I was not relishing the idea of spending an afternoon assembling the pieces and hooking it up to my gas line. On a whim, I looked to see if there were local options that could handle assembly, delivery and gas-line hook-up. A quick email to Classic Fireplaces got me exactly what I was looking for. Babz offered me the same sale price as the Napoleon website, and threw in a free cover that offset much of the cost of delivery and gas hook-up. Delivery was super smooth and the team gave me a complete demo of all the grill features. We've been firing it up every night ever since.

Bought Napoleon BBQ 12 yrs ago and it was time for a replacement. We went back to the Classic Fireplace where we bought our 1st one - fantastic service as soon as we stepped in! Edward-Chantelle-Mat = the Dream Team! They even questioned why we were buying a new one as the warranty on our existing BBQ was still in place. We really appreciated their support and advice. We reached out to Napoleon to discuss warranty but to our disappointment it didn't go anywhere meaningful. Nevertheless, we were so impressed with the "Dream Team" we went back to buy a new one. They didn't disappoint - they explained all the latest features of the new products and went above and beyond to place us in the right product given our needs. They provided a good price and also went above and beyond to get us the BBQ same day. They even assembled it (sufficient to get in our vehicle) in < 1 hr. We were BBQ'ing in <60 minutes when we got home. Many thanks to Edward, Chantelle and Mat!!! Attention Edward: - we should have pushed harder for the ice bucket - my wife is still not holding my drink while BBQ'ing -- needed that on the invoice!

We recently purchased a new home and we needed a gas line run from our furnace room to our backyard. We bbq a lot and we purchased our Napoleon Grill from Classic Fireplace and BBQ 5 years previous. We had a great experience at that time so we called them about our new gas line. The team at Classic were excellent from the get go.tt Terry came to scope out the job which was in no way cookie cutter. He came up with some ideas on how best to run the gas line. He brought in Stephen to install it and with and with the help of his colleague Shawn they did a very clean installation. They were efficient professional. We will recommend them to all our family and friends. We look forward to working with Classic FIreplace and BBQ in the future when we get our outdoor kitchen,

We could not be more pleased with the final result. Due to size issues it could have been a major job but the service from Terry was excellent and he met our needs in every way. We would highly recommend him and this company for gas fireplace replacement or new installation.
