I had Shawn and Matt from the Whitby location come to my home to help remove my gas fireplace. Not only were they very professional but also clean and efficient. Its nice to know you have great employees like this that go home to home. I would definitely recommend these gentlemen to anyone who requires the service they provide. Special mention to Karen and Nicole who also came out prior for measurements. The whole team seems solid and look forward to working together more in the future. Colin.

Edward, Mat and Chantelle (the weekend crew) were very friendly and professional and helpful. No sales pressure or hovering over shoulder - very pleasant and helpful when answering questions. Very knowledgeable and open/honest without trying to upsell. The store also offers price matching which is a bonus.

From the service to installation to finished product the team at classic fireplace did the most incredible job bringing our vision to reality. Im a very picky person when it comes to design and quality in home projects but Edward was such a joy to work with relaying our wishes to their hardworking and detailed-oriented crew that they brought it all together making our fireplace the most beautiful focal point and my favourite spot in the entire home. Brad and Brian did a great job creating the build out wall and Corey installed the huge mantle with true expertise, I really want to thank everyone involved in this project and recommend them to anyone looking to redo their fireplace as well!!!

Were very happy with our experience with Classic. Edward took the time to show us the stove, explain the ordering and installation process in detail. He was able to give us a good idea of the lead time and quickly booked an installation date. Josh came to our house to review the installation site and assess the suitability of the size of the stove. The crew showed up on time, were done quickly and cleaned up after explaining how to operate the stove (sorry I dont know the name of the person who did that). We love the new addition to our living room!
