Classic Fireplace and BBQ recently sold us and installed our new gas fireplace. Babz and the sales team helped us decide on the best unit for our house. The unit arrived on the projected date. The price for installation was fair. The attention to detail and extra effort put into venting out of our old chimney was exceptional and very much appreciated. Clean work. Good people. Total pros. We decided to install a gas fireplace in our family room. The room was always cold because it is on the back of the house and is exposed on 3 sides with no 2nd floor above. Now it is the warmest room in the house. Thanks to Terry, Steve and the installation team, they were in and out in a few hours and we have been enjoying the fireplace ever since. We decided to move from a gas to an electric fireplace, and after much searching decided on Classic Fireplace & Bbq Store. From Day One Karen was excellent to work with.....flexible with times for meeting with us....provided us with all the information we needed....no questions were too many for her! Once the work began all the people we dealt with were excellent! Special shout-out to Brad the carpenter, who was able to build us our new fireplace based off of one simple picture on the internet.....amazing work! I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Classic to any of my friends or family who needed some fireplace work done.

Follow up service visit for our fireplace that was not lighting Shawn (service technician) was prompt, extremely clean, very knowledgeable and explained everything he did No extra parts needed just a good thorough cleaning Extremely happy with how he left the family room and how he conducted hi-self Would have this company and this technician to my home anytime Steve Seeley

Purchased a Napoleon media centre from Classic's Scarborough location. When it was being delivered I pointed out that there was a spot on the side where the stain had not taken and your eye went directly to that spot. When you're paying a lot of money, you want it perfect! I pointed it out to John (I believe) and he immediately took pictures and reported the issue. Edward then ordered a new unit for me and keep me in the loop the entire time on delivery. Thang was so helpful in working out a convenient date for the new top to be installed and John was ever so professional in making the exchange. These guys should write a book on customer service! Can't say enough good things about Edward, Thang, John and Matt (hope I didn't miss anyone!) When I'm ready to purchase my next BBQ, I'm just going to see them. Thanks Guys...you are the best!

We have yet to receive delivery of our new BBQ, but wanted to comment on the unbelievable service I received from the staff and in particular Edward (Scarborough Location). I too work in the customer service industry and I have never come across the service which Edward provided extremely accommodating and professional at every step of the purchase process. 100% would recommend Classic Fire to anyone!

Great job and quick turn around! Terry was very honest and straight forward with no guff! Didnt try to up sell me, just gave me exactly what I wanted. He went beyond by ordering and installing some extra trim around the fireplace. Thank you.

We had our wood fireplace converted to gas. The existing fireplace was a very unique shape and other Companies were not able to adapt for conversion. Classic Fireplace arrived with experience and worked with us to an exceptional conclusion, much better than we had even hoped. Every team member went above and beyond from office intake and coordination, Babz, to install, Brad and Adam who did the customized finishing. This is an exceptional team and company. Would and have recommended to our closest of family and friends. !!!
