The worst customer service I ever had they charge. 25% restocking fees on certain purchases they will not even meet you half way. They should eat up that cost not the consumer never ever buying from them again sales reps uneducated know thing about thier product

We recently had our bedroom and laundry room flooring done by AA Floors. Couldn't be happier with the flooring and baseboards . The installation took one day to complete. Many thanks to all.

I contacted AA Floors to install luxury vinyl in the second floor of my house. At first I was very impressed with their wide selection of flooring. Then, negotiating the contract was also smooth: communicating with Alex was easy, the pricing was convenient and without surprises, and more importantly, the crew was so professional! They were very meticulous in the installation and the result was flawless, I cannot be happier! I highly recommend AA Floors, and will call them again in the future for another project.

Alex and Peter were both great to deal with, in the main office, and on-site. Good communication. Great advice. Expertly installed by Oleg; what a hero! Efficient. Organized. Great workmanship! Really nice. And the flooring product is top-notch. Very pleased! Someone referred us, so Im passing it on: AA Floors is highly recommended.

A condo we own was flooded by work done above the unit in May. We had to move out our tenants, store their stuff, and figure out the insurance - all very stressful! What was not stressful was working with Alex and crew at AA Floors. They responded to my message right away (time was of the essence), provided a nice selection of choices, committed to the dates we needed the work done in, re-assessed the job when the insurance wasn't going to pay as much as we thought, and interacted with the property management on the subflooring issue. All through this process, Alex was professional and helpful. The crew contacted us twice, and were lovely to deal with. They got the job done in the time stated, and the floors look lovely! We chose a vinyl wood look tile, in case of future flooding and because they are a good long wear choice. We think they look great. We would highly recommend AA Floors & More to anyone!

I had my laminate flooring replaced with vinly flooring. The sales rep whom I dealt with was an excellent communicator and most of the process was seamless. Also, the floor looks great and the installers were friendly. Additionally, I had some difficult time and logistical constraints with my tenants moving out on the scheduled installation date, and the company worked hard to accommodate me which I appreciated greatly. I am prevented from giving this company a 10 out of 10 due to some communication issues beyond the sales rep. Firstly, the receptionist answering the phones has very limited English abilities, and there were multiple times when I wanted to call and ask a simple question and was put on hold for several minutes to speak with somebody who was better equipped to respond. Secondly, I have not been contacted since the first day of the installation. There were a couple things that I thought might require discussion, and the installers said they would call me when the time came. They never did, and even upon completing the installation, nor any time since, I have not been contacted. Even a simple "the job is done; let us know what you think!" would have been appreciated. All in all, they did a great job and were very accommodating, and I would recommend them going forward. There were just a couple rough edges in the process. Overall, a very positive experience.

Excellent service. No matter how busy, Byron would always acknowledge your presence and make sure you are taken care of. All 3 encounters were equally smooth and prompt service was provided. He assisted us in selecting the perfect match for our hardwood floors. Overall, very satisfied with the service and product!

Replaced our flooring in the main house with great hardware. Matte finish and looks great. Love the floor quality and get lots of compliments. Layer floor two different ways. Kitchen done left to right and main floor front to back. Customer service was fantastic and delivery seamless.

The installed floors look great but my experience with the sales staff and owner was beyond frustrating. Emails went unanswered, promised payment confirmations never arrived, new invoices were promised twice for the next day that never arrived, two voice mails went unanswered and the kicker was being told I’d be reimbursed for any overpayment. Guess what? That hasn’t arrived either.
