Installed Wemo switches as we were going on holiday . Worked great ..wanted to control switches from my smart phone . Install was fast and efficient as well as a full explanation of how it works . Thanks so much ..another professional service offered by Pre-Lock.

We have been using Pre-Lock Security for about 5 years now. Our alarm was originally installed by another provider and we simply switched our monitoring to Pre-Lock. As the system was very old we needed an extensive upgrade. Pre-Lock performed that very quickly, professionally and priced very fairly. I am very happy with the Pre-Lock Team and hope to retain there services for many years to come.

Prelock installed this nest camera outside giving me full view of anyone who comes to my front door. The installer did a great job and spent the time setting up the app on our phones so we have video and audio access all the time anywhere in the world.

While living in Vaughan we were extraordinary well served by this company. It all started by a nice installation service where all was explained in details, professionaly and within a practical approach. As an engineer I loved that. Then, for the few calls I had to make about the payments, there was always a nice lady assisting with useful answers, alowing different forms of payment. I choosed doing by checks, and also got my recipts on time. The sustem installed was a state-of-the-art apparatus, with a 30 min battery back-up, being in general easy to use. Never got a problem. The price was pretty much fair for the services, considering aslo some free months received for a trial period. Surely a "10 out of 10" company on the security market.

Exactly what we needed as we are away alot and now can control our furnace from our alarm.com app. Its amazing and Pre-lock team responds fast and are all professional. We have used them for 15 + years and every exoerience is always great.

Slab Burgers is our burger joint we run only for a year in Yorkville, unfortunately, we need a lock due to privacy issue this week. I use homestar before for home inspection, the feedback match the service as describe, so this time, i just choose locks category and choose one of the highest rank and location close to me, which is this pre-lock. Reason I am willing to write this review I am asking for few more screws that I believe it takes me time to match in homedepot but the staff willing to spend another minute give those for me for free, seems does not worth a penny but I appreciate the intention, running a restaurant time is money, I am always in a hurry, the service and cost fit my mission this time.

They did a fantastic job and provided great service, all the techs they sent were very friendly.
