I am thrilled with the look of our kitchen back splash having purchased the marble tiles at TileMaster. The show room is super, allowing customer to visualize what tile will look like installed, and the variety can't be beat. I highly recommend!

I spent 700 dollars to buy the White Valentino marble 3 by 6 tiles from Tile master. The tiles arrived discoloured, chipped and cracked. Tiles are yellow and dull as opposed to polish and white. There were literally no resemblance to what they supposed to look like , no veins on any tiles. Crappy product and too brittle to cut.i understand that marble is natural stone and cannot guarantee the pattern , tone. But this product is subpar , way below, what's available in the market sell in other stores. This sloppy quality is extremely poor and absolutely unacceptable. I have to pay my installer to remove them because they look ugly, cheap and old. Very disappointing, what a waste of time and money picking tiles at tile master. The quality was too pathetically poor that I had to stop my installer in the middle of installations and remove them for me. Do not go for file master as they don't have a good return policy. My yellowish chipped and cracked tiles look do not look a bit like what they are supposed to be. It is a waste of time and money. I had to pay for the tiles and large installation and removal of the tiles because they look disgusting with yellow stains and chipped tiles. Even though the selection is good but their quality and return policy suck. They don't stand behind their products. Stay away from file master to avoid more headache or trouble. Save yourself some time to go places that stand behind their products.

It was my first time in this store and my daughter and I definitely did not have a great experience. First off, my low rating choice was not due to the actual products. The store itself was great, had a lot of selection at reasonable prices. However, the low score is really due to the poor customer service. My daughter and I being in a new store, were curious to which backsplash would work for our kitchen therefore we were in need of help but weren't sure who to speak to. After walking around for over an hour watching as other new customers were blatantly asked if they needed help, we were confused as to why no one were asking us if we need any assistance. So we waited for another half an hour at the front desk. Once we finally got help it was a very quick response, while other customers were getting excessive help. We ended up finding tiles on our own but again had to wait for almost another half hour before someone could help us to purchase them. Once we purchased the tiles and finally reached home, we figured out that the employee gave us the wrong set of tiles, advising us to drive back to the store. Already upset that I didn't get the assistance I need, I had to waste more time and gas in driving back to make the switch. On top of that, when we arrived at the store again the employee did apologize with an attitude. I would recommend this store strictly for products only not for the poor customer service. Overall great purchase, but customer service needs to be more considerate to all of their customers of any culture.

We completed the renovation of two bathrooms and we went to Tilemaster at the advice of our contractor. We live in the city, so the trip the retailer was a bit out of the way, however having said that, this store has extremely knowledgeable staff and excellent prices. Plus they carry some extremely nice looking tiles. We purchased marble tiles for the floors, basic subway tiles and a glass mosaic from Tilemaster. The only reason i cannot give them a perfect score is that they do have a lack of variety relative to some of their competition. However, i would most definitely recommend this store to friends when they are tile shopping.

Great Selection, great variety, great prices! They guys are friendly and helpful...true experts. I was searching marble floor tiles. Great prices on Emperador Dark Cafe Marble Tile 12x12-3,99/sf. Great service and consultation. Very satisfied and recommend this company.

Tilemaster has a great selection of new products, however, they also have a good selection of lower priced quality tiles for floors and walls. Not only that, they are very helpful in giving you guidance in how to complete your DIY project with the right tools and products. They are our first choice when we intend to do a project.

We have used Tilemaster for three home renovation projects and each time we are completely impressed with the level of service they provide. They take the time to give advice for the do-it-yourself client.

We renovated our master bathroom and purchased our tile from Aurora Tile Master. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me coordinate tile for the floor walls and pick accent tiles. Their pricing was higher then other places we shopped but the store is close to our home and convienant.

We found tilemaster to be very knowledgeable, and helpful. We have dealt with them for three separate projects and were quite satisfied with the level of service and the quality of the products.
