After 1 1/2 year drapes fell down will not fix them unless we pay service charge off $500 ,ferry poor service

The blinds installed was great. Installation was super fast and effortless. The blinds match my decor very well and I'm happy with their service. Thank you for all your help.

Charlie came to my house to do an estimate on a Monday evening. A few days later, after getting two other estimates, I called him to confirm he had the order, which he said would take 3-4 weeks. Four weeks later, having heard nothing from him, I called to find out the status. To my surprise, he had no paperwork on the order, and it had never been submitted! He had no explanation for how this could have occurred, and had to come back yet again to redo the measurements. He followed up well after that, but I ended up waiting 8 weeks for something that should have taken 4 weeks.

I shopped around for privacy blinds which could offer both light and privacy for my transom windows, and decided on Hunter Douglas' Pirouette. I couldn't find too many dealers in my area, but fortunately Sunshade had a showroom near me. The sales people were very helpful and the blinds arrived in time as expected. Installation was a breeze and we did it ourselves. It wasn't cheap but it was well worth it! The total was about $1770 (blinds with all hardware, taxes included)

They did a great job of customizing my electronic Hunter Douglas blinds. They took accurate measurements and manufactured the blinds to the perfect size so that they fit perfectly into the the window frame. they also provided good follow up service when it was required!

The entire project from start to finish was very simple yet efficient. From the initial quotation to the installation, the customer service and professionalism of the Sunshade staff was excellent.

Kevin from Sunshade provided great service and was prompt in delivery and follow-up. Would recommend this company anytime without hesitation. I have used other suppliers of the same product (Hunter Douglas) but they did not show quite the same customer appreciation.

Purchased and hired Sunshade to install new verticals for our patio door. Kathy came over to measure on the day promised and the blinds were delivered on time. The installer came at the time agreed, and called in advance to let us know the status. Installation was quick and professionally done. Based on this purchased and hired them again to install a small wood blind at the front door side transom. Again a professional and well done job. Will definitely purchase from and hire Sunshade again!!!

I recently purchased some new blinds and drapery for my livingroom and was really impressed with the selection and quality offered by Sunshade Blinds. They had a huge selection of fabric and blind choices and the pricing was great value. The customer service level is exceptional and we're very happy with our new purchase.
