We hired Beechmount to install our pool liner last season, but encountered numerous issues. Shortly after installation, creases appeared in the liner, which remain unresolved to this day. Communication with Beechmount before the installation was difficult, and after the job was done, they were unresponsive to our concerns. They consistently blamed our property for the issues, refusing to acknowledge any errors in their workmanship or the possibility that the liner was improperly sized. Multiple independent pool professionals confirmed the installation was flawed, contradicting Beechmount's assertions. Whenever we requested assistance, Beechmount dismissed our concerns and even threatened to charge for any attempted repairs. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service left us extremely disappointed. Adding to our frustration, the liner manufacturer informed us that Beechmount is solely responsible for all warranty claims, effectively giving them complete control over any resolutions. This lack of customer recourse is deeply concerning. Based on our experience, we strongly caution against using Beechmount's services for any pool-related work. Their handling of our installation and subsequent issues was highly unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend them.

Beechmount Pools has been opening and closing my inground pool for aprox. the last 4 years When they opened the pool this year I was not happy at all. I called and left a list of my complaints to a delightful lady on the phone who said she would inform the Manager of my concerns. I asked when they may be able to send some one out to address my concerns, she said a couple of days. (this would put me in a holding pattern to finish opening the pool as the vacuum I have would not pick up the debris that was dumped off the cover in the clean pool water). Brian can out the same day and rectified all of my concerns. He even noticed some copping coming out and fixed that too. Thank you so much for the 5 star service. Beechmount Pools will be opening and closing my pool for as long as I have it,

Just wanted to say that Russell and Jack did a fantastic job this morning closing our pool! They were fast, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Added plus was they were entertained by my 3 year old daughter playing guitar for in her words the guys Thank you so much guys and a happy thanksgiving!

We had our liner replaced and a heat pump installed the service was excellent the crew were friendly and helpful answering all our questions it was nice to see the owner come around during installation and making sure everything was done right the price was very competitive compared to other companies you want a good job done right we recommend beechmount pools thank you Ryan and team

Thomas and Nick closed our pool today and, as always, they were efficient fast and very professional. They always come with enthusiasm and a smile! We are always pleased with any service we receive from Ryan and all the staff at Beechmount.

Braeden and Travis arrived at our home today to permanently remove our diving board. They did the job quickly and in a professional manner. When they were finished, they took all of the components and disposed of them. We are extremely pleased with their work. I highly recommend Beechmount Pool Services for all you swimming pools needs.

The crew came over on April 1, 2020. Sean was the person in charge and he was very organized and efficient. Ryan also came over a few times. The overall process took longer than they anticipated because they had to do some patching of the pool floor in the shallow end as well as a few spots in the deep end. We were very impressed with Sean and the care he took to make certain we were very happy and we are super pleased with the end result. Nice work, boys.

I had a horrible experience dealing with this company, especially with their warranty and leak detection. If you want to replace/fix your pool liner you’d better choose some other company... I will continue later on.

Beechmount replaced our pool liner this summer for a very competitive price compared to other quotes. Ryan is very knowledgeable, and the staff are helpful. They also provide full maintenance packages as well as sell pool and spa chemicals and accessories. Would definitely recommend them.
