Purchased a Miele Complete C3 Carpet & Pet canister vacuum from this dealer. We are repeat customers - have dealt with Vacuum Specialists since 1999. Excellent overall...a very nice store! Sales representative there provided friendly customer service and a great price on this unit! Highly recommended.

We brought our central vacuum, which never shut off. It only shut off when it was unplugged. The problem was fixed very fast. We never found a company that is so people (customer) oriented, more than Vacuum Specialists. All their staff (and Youssef) are so nice, friendly and courteous...and honest, which are the recipes for a company's success. We will definitely mention them to all our friends that need a new vacuum or repairs.

I WENT TO VACUUM SPECALISTS TODAY TO TRADE IN A VACUFLO HOSE AND A POWER HEAD FOR A BRAND NEW PRODUCT. I ALSO GOT MY BATTERY CHANGED ON MY HAND HELD DYSON AS IT WAS DEAD. MOE THE OWNER HELPED ME OUT FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN. HE IS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AND HE GAVE GREAT ADVISE. HE DIDNT PRESURE ME INTO BUYING ANYTHING. HE GAVE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GAVE ME SOME GREAT DISCOUNTS FOR MY TRADE IN HOSE AND POWER HEAD. VACUUM SPECALISTS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR EXPERT ADVISE ON ANY VACUUM. Plugged vacuflo hose and as usual excellent service. Blew out the hose while I waited in the shop. Have purchased rebuilt and new parts and pieces for the last few years. Will not go anywhere else. These folks are great.

I have a 20 year old Kemore vacuum. Thought it was time to get a new one when it stopped working. Instead they talked me into repairing rather than trying to sell me a new model. So I paid $140 bucks and and bought the vac another lease on life. The staff is great, the service is great, I am glad places like that still exist. And they have some good quality product for sale as well.

I have been looking for replacement parts for my dyson DC46 vacuum for almost a year. I have looked everywhere and the parts I needed were out of stock everywhere. I stumbled across this company while doing research, and I finally found what I was looking for. I spoke to someone named Luisa and the service was impeccable. They provided me with pictures of said replacement parts, the overall buying process was simple and the order arrived very fast. I am very satisfied with their service and would 100% recommend! :)

I had a Bissell carpet cleaner for 10+ years but had a problem with the carpet cleaner the last time I tried to do carpet it wasn't working. My grand daughter took me to Vacuum Specialists. They told me what the problem was and told me it would have to be taken apart and would cost $149 to repair or I could get a brand new one for only $50 more! They took the time to explain everything to us and how to use the new Bissell cleaner. We were thrilled with the experience and would recommend them to everyone.

Sent the wrong vacuum hose even after a follow up e mail they still sent no what we ordered. They would take return only if I paid the $80 shipping!! The cost of the hose was only $130.00....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
