    This is just the best vaccum place in town. Outstanding service and the best product on the market, I will bring my whole family to shop here for any vaccum or vaccum related appliances

    Old Electrolux vacuum

    Ali is always great. Efficient. Polite. Helpful. Considerate. The SW branch has always had what I need and done any work competently. The price is competitive or better than many others.

    Rushed and not willing to answer questions

    Originally purchased beam central vacuum cleaner in August of 2018. When they arrived the previous owners had the basement developed and had 2 ports for the central vacuum to be connected for my living room and the master bedroom, I wanted to cancel the order cuz it would be very inconvenient for me to use the central vacuum efficiently as I have shoulder problems and felt it would be A lot of work to gather the hose and have an extension added to be able to reach the master bedroom and the walk-in closet at the back of the en suite bathroom. The person who came to my house to “hang” the vacuum convinced me to go ahead with the purchase which I wasn’t comfortable with to begin with. Shortly after I tried using the vacuum and as I figured it was very inconvenient to use and even with a longer extension that he suggested I needed it doesn’t reach into the closet very good so I can’t vacuum the closet very well, I have to extend the hose as far as I can and feel this will cause damage to the hose over time. The quality is extremely cheap of the beam central vacuum that I am very disappointed about as I had a beam central vacuum cleaner In the past an older one and it was very durable. This one I hardly use due to the inconvenience of it and we also purchased a roomba to use on the main level where it gets the dirtiest as there is only myself and my husband live as my children have grown up and moved, also my husband is only home for 5 days every 2 weeks as he works out of Calgary. So for the few times I use the vacuum it’s used in the bonus room and the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs where there is carpeting. The handle of the vacuum cracked along where it joins together. When I went to pick up the vacuum I asked the store manager Ali if the warranty was 2 years since it had been replaced and he responded that it would be from the time I purchased the vacuum. He also responded rudely that it wasn’t him who made the decision that it was the company who decided. I replied I understand that but the warranty isn’t clear in the paperwork I received when I purchased and would like to know the warranty for future reference as we didn’t have very good luck with the purchase and would like to know if it happened again if it would be covered or not. He was supposed to further investigate for me but when another customer approached he asked if they were paying cash and was going to stop serving me and go to them, but finished collecting from me but didn’t answer my questions about the warranty. Ali seems to be easily distracted and doesn’t give very good customer service

    Vaccumm repair

    I got an old vacuum from a friend (Tristar) and it needed some repairs. I took it to vacuum specialists and they serviced it and fixed it up like new. Now it works better than my new Tristar. Abdo you ROCK!! Thanks Gail Wood

    Oreck vacuum not as expected

    I bought from VacuumSpecialists on Amazon, July 2020, not knowing it's shipping from Canada. Item came without Oreck box, warrantee, or manual in mostly open damaged paper box-just 2 piece of vacuum. Tried to return but they want me to ship it from US on my dime. Then company dropped price on Amazon $70.00 week later. Tried to get price adjustment and they denied it and sent me a paid shipping return label. Who are these people? I need a new box and insurance to ship to Canada. They do not even price match their own items, let alone ship new items as described. AVOID

    Feel ripped off

    Bought a beater bar and it turned out that my vacuum didn't have enough suction to make it work so I took it back the next morning. They did not reimburse me but instead, gave me a store credit. They blamed it on Corona virus even though they could have easily wiped the product to ensure it was safe for anyone who bought it after...

    Love this place and the staff are super honest

    . Highly recommend this place I’ve been coming here for a few years and love the service super honest staff and very helpful. If you need vacuums or any repairs go see these guys. Thanks for the great service

    Excellent Service

    The bearing on my old Kenmore Upright piled up.........brought the vacuum to the Airdrie store...........they were able to fix and return to me SAME DAY! Since then I've needed a couple of other things and the gentleman in the Airdrie store has been great, he is even mailing out a new belt to me so I can continue to social distance during the COVID-19 crisis. When it comes time to purchase a new vacuum I will definitely be doing it here!

    Excellent Service

    I needed two small parts for a Bissell Carpet Cleaner repair job and along with some information he gave me the parts free of charge as long as I consider returning if I need more major parts. Great attitude.

    Cleaning of Dyson

    I thought I had my little Dyson cleaned but it still didn't have the "pull" it once had. I bought that machine here about 3 years ago and was treated so well. Anyway, Brought it in for cleaning and just back using it again... It's like having an old friend back!!! Recommend this service ANYTIME!!!
