Orhan installed the central Vac. He was very professional and helpful. I asked me him to help me with a unrelated dryer vent installation and he gladly volunteered his time. 5 stars for the service!

Bought 3 easy flo systems from these people. Had a failed motor on my current unit. Easy flo has a lifetime warranty. When it came time for them to stand behind they rejected the claim and said I needed to uninstall the complete system at the 5 year mark and pay for a full inspection. Do not buy from these people.

They carry a large variety of products, the staff was very knowledgeable and was able to help me to find a vacuum suitable for my needs for a very reasonable price. Would strongly recommend it to friends.

We were able to book a service call within a couple of days of initially contacting Vacuum Specialists. Moe was very thorough and was able to pinpoint our vacuum leak behind existing walls within a very short period of time. Moe had to cut a very small hole in the drywall in order to fix the leak but managed to keep the drywall damage to a minimum. We made a purchase of a new vacuum system and Moe installed it quickly and efficiently. He assisted us with a floor sweep issue as well. Moe was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Moe and the Vacuum Specialists. Thank you!

I initially had a little trouble with the purchase of a power head for my central vacuum system, but once senior management got involved everything was sorted out. Be cautious of what the sales people are telling you and verify the information and you should have no issues dealing with Vacuum Specialists. Dealing with senior management was a great experience.

Abdoo was informative, helpful and assisted me in selecting a quality vacuum at a fair price. Service tech Moe was outstanding during installation especially after experiencing some unknown existing plugged lines, broken outlet wires etc. Both were friendly, personable and I highly recommend this company.

I bought an Electrolux and I was given a full explanation of its value and best use - Greg is a great sales person with excellent customer care! I will definitely return to this store.

I had Vacuum Specialists come in today to fix my central vac system. I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge displayed by Mohammad. He methodically checked the system and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I would definitely use Vacuum Specialists again and recommend them for their high standards.
