I purchased a retractable awning from this company. The awning itself works great but the support from the company was terrible. It was not installed properly and caused damage to my home. The company refused to help and washed their hands. I had to pay for someone to come in and fix there mistake Very poor customer service

I hired this company 3 years ago and their quote was at par with other companies. I chose this company rather someone more local because of the fella who came to do the quote was very knowledgeable, showed us swatches of fabric and gave us style advice to the look of our home. The installers were respectful, friendly and the lead guy took time to show us how to use the awning and general maintenance of the product and fabric.

Excellent work and great personality of all of the staff involved, right from the customer service end of things. They were punctual and showed up when they said they would and were reasonably priced from what I compared to. Quality seemed very good and the staff later followed up to see how happy I was with the job or if anything needed to be tweaked. Very good experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any type of awning or sign set up and residence or business.

Made a great awning for camping. Very strong material and quality seems very good. Guys were very punctual and price seemed good and staff were very helpful. They did follow-up on the job and checked that we were happy and only have good things to say about them. Really like to thank Cindy and Phil who I believe are the owners of the company. Price seemed average to others that I compared with but seemed to stand behind the product the best.
