I am sooo impressed. I bought a gas log set from this company 6 years ago and it stopped working, was going to have to spend $950 to have a new motor installed and because it is a defective product they are replacing free of charge..amazing. Thanks

They have great products, they have very professional and helpful sales staff which made the decision-making very easy. They took their time to make sure we understood all options and features and considerations. Cost is approximate, I can't remember now what the exact amount was. The installers were also great, very nice people all around.

I had just had a new fireplace installed in my Living Room, and so I needed a mantle for it, at the same time I wanted to get a mantle for my other existing fireplace in another room, which did not have one already. So I went to Vancouver Gas Fireplaces Ltd. and picked out a mantle, for both of the fireplaces, I picked the same mantle. The instillation was messy, but very quick and accurate. The new fireplace had the mantle installed and it was perfect. However, what I didn't like about the mantle instillation for the existing fireplace was the instillation men put wooden caps over the screws that did not match the wood of the mantle.
