Poor communication by both the pool workers & the reception team. Had bags of detritus left on the property and was never notified. When I politely asked why I was told, thats the policy and given many excuses. While it may be the policy everywhere else too like they claim, I heavily doubt anyone else would be so uncommunicative or combative about it. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

I had purchased a pool liner last year and was installed this March, lets just say what a horrible job , 2 holes and the coping is coming out! I called and e-mailed they are stating that I will have to contact a leak detector and pay him myself! This company only cares about the money they can take from you! They all have a bad attitude and all are unprofessional!

Last year we got a new liner installed in our pool. We had one of the old school blue faded ones. Kelly at Paradigm is fantastic! She called me when the liner I ordered wasn't available and got me a new one at the cheaper price. I am a pretty high maintenance customer and she is fantastic!
