I have used Alpha Stone on three occasions. I found them on the recommendation of my cabinet maker. They have an impressive selection of stone (full slab) and faux stone. I decided to go with real stone (Marble) and they had several price points to chose from. Their pricing is excellent. I decided to use a waterfall design (where the counter continues along the leg). I was amazed at how perfectly they were able to cut the stone, virtually without a visible seam. Walls are never straight, the installation was challenging and perfect. Their craftsmanship and installation were exceptional and I would use them on a forth occasion.

While I was satisfied with price and service at first, the issue is in product quality. Our 4' x 7' island piece had to be replaced within the first couple of months for a defective finish. I was happy that they supported their product. Unfortunately, the support stopped there. The new island chips very easily at the edges (and we're careful) so now I have an number of chips that they want $150 to fix (each). I contacted them while it was under warranty, but because they did not get back to me until AFTER the warranty was over, they won't stick by their warranty. Perhaps we should have paid more and gotten the work done by a supplier of higher quality stone who will stand behind their product.

I ordered from Alpha Stone and I got a great quality Quartz countertop. Their prices are comparable with other suppliers. They completed the work before the date they said they would finish. Overall I am very happy with their service.

I renovate my bathrooms and powder room and change counter tops. Herman was so helpful and give me suggestions of colors. They came and measured and provide CAD drawing for my approval before fabrication. The installation is so great, and I really love my new counter tops. I will refer my friends to Alpha for sure in future.

I provided a template for custom made countertop with a cut out for a bar sink. It was made to perfection so it was very easy to install as I was concerned because the walls were not square. It nice to be able to get exactly what you ask for, well done Alpha Stone !

I recently replaced my old counter top with a new granite counter from Alpha Stone in Richmond, BC. The minute I entered the store they were very attentive and helpful. The appointment's at my house for measurements and install were on time and professional. In fact I needed a follow up visit to correct a defect on the counter and the servicemen exceeded my expectations for quality and service. Furthermore there prices were as good if not better than the competition around my area.
