No interest in helping the customer, messed up one of my countertop pcs and then gave 2 options. To add apiece. To the front, or a piece to the back and you would barely see it. I said, you need to replace it ( they had measured it, after all) and the ignorant woman at the front tells me ‘ do you know how expensive that would be for us??’ I went there and the REFUSED to give me back my $1500 deposit. I was there for an hour, livid and they just wouldn’t release my money. Finally they agreed to replace and I didnt have a choice so I had to agree. Never again!

Megna offers great pricing with great results. This is my second time using them and will not be my last. Their staff & installers and polite and informative. On the day of our countertop install, Paul (our installer) and his helper were at our house well past 8pm. I was impressed to see the dedication and hardwork given it was well past regular working hours. I did not enter a cost, as every project will differ in price

Very poor timeline management. We had contracted another kitchen company who ended up hiring these yahoos to do our countertop and backsplash. They kept delaying our installation, extremely frustrating us in the process. I would give it to them though for being very creative with excuses. Their installers calling sick or getting hurt was the most common one. I will never use them on any project.

They are no good with timeline and customer service is very very bad and very very rude. They kept delaying the instalation of our countertop and put the blame on installer even though it was their fault for not having the tops ready for installation. Lady never bother to call us to let us know that they can't come on time and when we called them they were rude. Don't waste your time and money with them.

Poor quality. Found minor Damaged when picked up. Then i realized after taking home the counter tops are warped. Now i have to go find another supplier and eat the cost because i dont even want to see these amatures again and i dont expect to get any refund. They dont answer the phone most times and it just seems like a very disorganized place. You get what you pay for. I think most contractors that go there dont take much pride in their work when deal with substandard suppliers.

Megna Countertops is a Brampton-based company which specializes in laminate and stone/natural countertops. They have two locations that are open to the public, one on Steeles Avenue (at Torbram) and the other on Wilkinson Road at Advance. The Steeles location deals with laminates, and the Wilkinson location carries the granite slabs and does the stone cutting/manufacturing. The prices here can not be beat. The owner, Bob, is helpful and will guarantee to beat all other prices. I shopped around and found that apples to apples, Megna's granite was far cheaper in price. I went with a granite that cost $45/sq ft, but Megna's prices begin at $40/sq ft for granite. Prices include measuring and installation. I also ordered a special-order undermount sink, and saved $200 on this as compared to purchasing it directly from the manufacturer (Gemini Sinks). The Good - the price; quality of the granite (we are thrilled, it is beautiful, well installed and is the showpiece of our kitchen); professionalism of the installation; good selection of slabs at the factory; advice of Jag (factory foreman) was professional and patient. The Bad - follow-up of the Office Manger, Sabi, left a lot to be desired; poor communication on the setting of time/date for the measure; poor communication in returning calls Timelines - from selecting slab to end installation, turn-around time was very reasonable; we picked a slab and it was templated, cut, and installed within 7 business days Overall - if you are looking to save a substantial amount of money on granite, and can exercise patience in the follow-through then this is the company for you. A beautiful end product, but much frustration in the 'getting there'. We DID recommend this company to our mother, and she had the same poor follow-up and poor communication. Her granite is stunning - but some of that was dampened by the frustration in unreturned calls and missed timelines.
