It was fall check on our two furnaces and hot water tank. Once again Instant plumbing did a wonderful job with a very good plumber.

Ben was awesome in installing water heaters and Ive no complaint against him. Its little disheartening that when I sat down to research about the prices of water tanks installed, they are pretty close to other brands rheem and ao smith however instant plumbing charged me way above and beyond. This review has nothing against Ben because I really appreciated his way of educating me on the tank and installation. However Im unfortunately disappointed with instant plumbing for the prices they charge. I got three other quotes and still went ahead with instant plumbing despite its quote (2900 vs 2950 vs 3000 vs 3700 with similar warranties) being the highest after being referred by my friend but now Im really sad as my finances were already tight and my trust is shaken. Sorry but I just wanted to add. this took 3.5 hours and other quotes were also for the weekend installation.

$480 to install a supplied toilet plus a $70 charge just for showing up, ridiculous. Then they were supposed to be trying to clear an obstruction in the drain for the washing machine, they lost a piece of equipment in the pipe. When they couldn't retrieve it through the pipe they said they would have to go through a tile wall. However, they refused to cover fixing any damage they did. We told them to leave. Don't use this company.

Extremely Poor Service and Over Charging The service call was for a diagnostic of the furnace, it was supposed to be $67+gst, my senior parents were charged $404.78 and no work was done. The service man said the furnace fan needs to be replaced and would cost $2K to place and 1 week wait time! Alternatively my parents could install a new furance for $8000. We got second opinion and another company fixed it for $200 and it was only thermostat malfuncition. But the Instant Plumbing & Heating service man still charged my senior parents for total of $404.78 for taking measurements for the possible new furnace installation! No receipts or invoice is given to justify his work. We called Instant Plumbing to complain, they acknowledge that it was over charged and will refund us and that they will send out invoice for our record. It has been 2 months, no refund, no invoice. We emailed them several times, no response. We have all the emails from their office, too bad its just empty promises. There are lots of company out there with more integrity and professionalism, you are better off with anyone of of them then this company!

Rapid, efficient and friendly service when I had problem with humidifier today. They have been my go-to plumbing and heating guys for over 10 years. Thanks again!!

Ben and Elija came by today to provide a quote for replacing our toilets and some outdoor taps. They were both extremely professional and great to deal with. We had the quote in our hands before they left and the cost was very reasonable for what we are looking for. We have used instant plumbing before and continue to be impressed by their level of service and professionalism. Thanks!!

Thank you very much for the work done replacing the toilet, hot water tank work and humidifyer pad. The job was done in a prompt manner by Greg and his helper Lorne. They were both very professional and answered a lot of questions while providing good advice along the way. Since I first had the pleasure to deal with George in 2017, I was very impressed with his professionalism and assistance in an emergency situation. I will continue to deal with Instant Plumbing and their first-class technicians!

Instant Plumbing & Heating provided us with a basement shower, toilet and sink rough in as well as repaired our leaking jetted tub in our master ensuite. They did all of this during the pandemic and were all very conscious of wearing a mask which we really appreciated. I couldn't be happier with the work and highly recommend them.

Woke up too a leaking hot water tank. I phoned a few other companies and they could not come out for weeks. When I phoned Instant Plumbing they were able to come out within 4 hours. They replaced our hot water tank. Four months later there was a issue with the pressure in the hot water tank, when you turned on the taps upstairs water exploded out of the tap. I phoned Instant Plumbing to discuss the issue, they came out immediately and replaced the hot water tank. I was not charged for the replacement tank.

Had an appointment for another company and they canceled the day before. The plumber said it would be another week or to try Instant Plumbing. They were able to have someone out the next day. Jeff did a great job, cleaned up and explained his work before and after. Labour cost was reasonable. Did have an issue with parts cost but I contacted them and we worked it out to my satisfaction. Would use again.
