Our fridge's freezer kept icing up and running non stop with noise. The first technician fixed it. But then, happened again. I called Al's: they sent another tech (Liam, excellent) and said No Charge for the service call this time, under their warranty. He fixed it by adding a new part. Seems fully fixed now. We paid only the cost of the part. In all cases, the office staff and techs were prompt and efficient. Will call them again if other appliances act up.

Our maintenance man, Forrest, couldn't have been friendlier, more competent, nor more prompt: everything one wants in a service call. His explanations were clear and to the point, as well. Thank you, Forrest (and Al's).

It's been the best service I could ask for. Fast friendly guys who always seem to know what the problem is and a way to fix it properly rate them high cause they always come through

I have used this company 4 times in the past two years and every time I was completely satisfied with their service and reasonable rates. Jim was the technician that helped us out. I recommend this company to everyone I know. Ignore the bad review it was probably your competition trying to give you a bad name.

The Washing Machine Wasn't Spinning Properly..It Was Leaving The Clothes Very Wet.I Called Al's Appliance Repair And Told Me Someone Would Come The Next Day .He Showed Up At The Right Time.Checked Out The Sensors And Found The Problem Right Away.It Was A Bad Sensor.We Want To Thank Jim For Fixing The Problem Very Fast.I Would Highly Recommend Al's Appliance Repair A+++++++++++

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend Al's Appliance Repair to anyone. I have since used another appliance company in Guelph and was very happy with their service.

I had a problem with a Frigidaire dryer whose drum was very noisy during operation. Over the phone Brad provided an initial assessment of possible causes and an estimate for the costs, should parts need to be replaced. He was very flexible with the appointment and also assured me that they carried in stock the parts that could be needed for repair. (Bearing kit, heating element) The problem turned out to be several pieces of plastic and fabric that became lodged behind the drum. They lubricated the bearing and cleaned up the drum and the dryer is running great currently. This company was very honest and professional in dealing with our problem. I would highly recommend it.
