After spending a year sourcing and speaking to multiple companies to custom match my colour and all my hesitations I had. Maria, Lucio and their team were incredible. The quality of your work is exceptional, but your service, kindness and care was what set you apart from everyone else I had sourced. I appreciate all your help and guidance these past few months.

CPL was recommended to us by the company that rebuilt our steps (Three Little Pigs). We contacted Lucio and received a return call promptly. He then visited our home and took measurements and provided a brochure for design suggestions. We also visited their show room and met with Maria to complete the design selection. A written quote was then provided and the price was very reasonable. Delivery and installation was on time and the installation was completed by two staff who worked quickly and professionally. Although ours was a small project, we were treated with respect and courtesy throughout the process. There was always someone to answer calls, and Lucio would follow up as well as required. The workmanship of the product and the installation shows the pride the staff take in their work. A job well done!

Lúcio was a great person to deal with and the price was awesome and reasonable. His guys did an amazing job installing and very clean. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Like everyone else has said ... Lucio is great. He offers his opinion when asked and takes detailed measurements so there is no need to return should he be awarded the business. The quote was competitive, the work was done when they said it would be done, and the result is beautiful as the pictures indicate. The team knows what they are doing and work efficiently. We first came across CPL Aluminum Railings at the Toronto Home Show. Right from the start we were approached by Lucio with utmost professionalism and product knowledge. Always with a quick response Lucio answered our many questions and helped us to design our glass railing for our lake front home. The railing was installed with great care and attention to detail. Not only was the installation on time, as quoted, we had a great time with Lucio and Rob during the process. We would highly recommend CPL for your future projects.

This is a fantastic company, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants high quality railing at a very competitive price. I was in a difficult position, having been let down by a more general construction company that promised to deliver, but left my front porch in a worse condition than before they even started -- and winter was setting in. Several of my neighbours had used CPL Railings in the past, so I gave them a call. Service was prompt, courteous, and professional. Lucio came and took measurements, discussed options with me, gave me a quote, and in no time at all my problem was solved. Many thanks to Lucio and everyone at CP Railings for coming to my assistance so quickly. The new railing and handrails are strong, giving me a greatly enhanced sense of safety on the stairs -- and my front porch has never looked better!

The owner Lucio is very professional and polite. No pressure and no up selling from him. When you call him, he physically comes in to take measurements and give you a quote. Most people just want you to send pictures over the phone or email, they don't physically come to give you an estimate. Lucio took measurements and after 3 weeks his guy came to do the installation. The job was done in budget and quality was excellent. The only complaint I have is that between the installation and the measurements, about 3 weeks gap there is no communication from them. You are given a rough timeline, when the installation will be done, like the week, when the installer will come. But you don't really know the exact day. He just shows up. So there are chances that you might miss him and you won't be home for the installation.I I would advise them to keep the customer in the loop between the estimate/measurements day and the installation day, about the progress. And maybe 3-4 days before the installation day, to call/text the customer and tell him about the exact day on which they are coming, so you are not left guessing.They do tell you the week of install though, when they come for the initial measurements. Besides this point, everything else is perfect with their work. The price, material, labour, people, the company. Will definitely recommend them to others.
