Had windows and storm doors replaced by Norcol a few years ago. Windows are although one sticks badly and will not lock. Storm doors were never properly fitted. There is a gap of 1/4 to 3/4 inch between the frame and the doors, so sand, insects, rain and snow gets in between the storm door and inside door. There is constantly debris on the threshold. I called them back to report this but Mr. Hobbs the manager or owner denied there was any problem. 2 years ago and during this last snow storm this week so much snow and ice got into the space between the poorly fitted storm door and the inside door that water and ice ran down the inside metal door and leaked into the lockset. It was impossible to open the door with the lockset frozen. Have photos but the website froze when I tried to add them.

Top quality service and product...pleasant, enjoyable people who took the time explaining their product and to have around my home ....there was a huge difference in comfort of home both winter and summer. So so pleased this project was done!!!

After trying many different ways of getting some shade on our back deck - umbrellas, gazebos - we finally decided to take the plunge and purchase an awning. Norcol offered the best price in the area and the choice of colours was excellent. They helped us decide on the size and type of awning we needed and they delivered and installed the awning in a timely manner. We now feel like we have a whole new room outside to enjoy. We will definietly get more use out of our deck this spring and summer!
