I also purchased a home from Hilden. Have had a horrible experience with getting things completed as well. I am also experiencing that the house purchased and the concerns were not a priority. New sales appear to be the focus. Follow up is NOT a priority. Also have neighbors with the same issue - no follow up to complete/repair issues. VERY disappointing as they are a "reputable" co...- really?

We recently purchased a brand new home by Hilden. Customer service has been lacking. No communication to get anything done between Hilden and the customer. As the customer, I have had to push to get anything done and have felt like an inconvenience and definitely very low on their priority list. Once the house is paid for and deal is done, its off to the next one to make more money. Several neighbours with similar issues and experiences. Extremely disappointed.
