BUYER BEWARE!!! The CLEAN WATER WORKS company in Ottawa is out to BLEED you out of your hard-earned money so please spare yourself and call someone reputable. We recently discovered we have a blocked sewer / drain in our driveway and contacted them for an estimate to get it cleared. After no shows and follow up calls to see when they would come by. They come to my house without the proper equipment to do the work and indicate they will have to come back with a hose that could reach the drain and a camera to see inside the drain. Now a few weeks later, no further communications, just a bill for $960. So understandably, I call them to ask why, the lady on the line Manon tells me she cant do anything and will transfer me to the manager, and I get transferred over to Trevor the manager because my frustration with this is considered condescending for him. Here comes the INTERESTING part. He tells me I must pay $370 for the truck who supposedly showed up, said their pipe was too short to reach the drain and have no camera to see the drain, weren't even there for 2 mins and physically did nothing. This is where they suggested they will have to send someone with a camera, and they come have a look and add another $480 to the bill without resolving the issue. Here is the icing on the cake. Trevor tells me that I am not telling the truth and that his crew was there, and he will look at the GPS for that day and get back to me at his own CONVIENCE and DISCONNECTS the phone. FYI Gutter is still clogged and water still overflowing into our home every time it rains. So, nothing fixed but CWW is now almost 1K richer by taking money of individuals who are already struggling with hardships caused by the current economy.

David came and did excellent work for us, and on short notice. We had a troublesome clog in our bathroom that he methodically worked at and resolved. All the while he was up front and helpful, and walked me through the process and his actions.

I called them to help my elderly mother. They came last night. They were fast efficient and kind. The plumber went beyond the problem and fixed her faucet as well as containing another problem caused by people panicking at the home and using Google to troubleshoot. Forget DIY call these guys

Company was great and well priced. I had to re-schedule twice at the last minute, but it wasn't a problem. JC did a bunch of odd jobs that needed to be done around the house, and all were done well with a pleasant attitude. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

We only used Clean Water Works one mere time, but it was all we needed. It was an emergency and we didn't know anyone who can do the job, so we went by a friend's referral. Did the job right and was timely. No complaints.

Used service twice (once as emergency), the costs are reasonable, the service was helpful, professional and pleasant. Leon recently helped us out and would be glad to have him back. If required again, I will feel confident in calling the company again.

We were given a quote from another company that was close to $500. Clean Water Works did an excellent job in clearing the main drain quickly and efficiently for much less.
