Best price of all others online. The product was a quick shipment, very impressed how fast we received the lights. They followed up with E-mail status several times. When I need lights that are not local The Light Shoppe will be the first online service we check. Very satisfied!

The customer service for online orders is a disaster. Ordered online. Received confirmation. Credit Card was charged. Then nothing for a month. Called 4 times, everytime was given promise for call back or tracking number. Nothing happened. Still no idea what happened to my order. Never received a call back or the promised tracking info. Now working with credit card company to have charges reversed due to no-delivery or purchased item. Go somewhere else for online orders of lamps etc. This place has the worst online service.

Had a minor issue with lamp that i purchased for my kitchen. The staff helped to fix this issue immediately without having to return the lamp or anything. Great service made my day!

Prices are good, very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. They even check my lights to make sure nothing was broken from the manufacture before we left. Can't ask for any better service. Gentleman there was very knowledgeable and will buy from again.

had to replace 100% of light fixtures and go to a different model. Mirrors were cracked and damaged. One cracked after installation. Replacements have taken more than 3 months. Not a happy customer.

We discovered this gem last year and have been back many times. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We replaced several fixtures in our previous home prior to putting it on the market and have purchased a number for our new home. The selection is amazing and they have some unique pieces that we haven't seen other places with prices that don't blow the budget. Worth the visit!

My husband and I wanted some light fixtures with different shades and the ladies were wonderfully helpful and actually enjoyed the changes we made to the fixtures. We have been back a few times for other room fixtures and as soon as we enter the store, we are greeted with such friendly smiles. It is a pleasure to do business with this store and their staff.
