    Outstanding Service

    RB Heating supplied and installed our new heat pump and we are now saving money on our heating bill! We had a small issue following installation and they fixed it quickly. We have now signed up for an annual maintenance plan on all our HVAC equipment. Highly recommend them!

    Duct Cleaning

    Nick is a very personable young man...polite, co-operative and obviously competent and hardworking. He explained the process carefully and was very respectful throughout the house while doing his set-up and tear-down. Final price came in as per estimate. Nice to have a professional job done well.

    Generator, heat pump, furnace, hot water tank

    Thanks to Lucas and Bryan, 2 fantastic guys who know their stuff. Made this big job seamless got rid of all the mess left everything clean and explained the system and the new thermostat. Can't say enough how much we appreciated the quality job these 2 guys pulled off

    Heat pump installation and diagnostics on old unit.

    My air conditioning system was failing and I called RB Heating and they came out that day to diagnose my issue. Unfortunately, my heat pump was irreparable and I needed a new unit. They offered me a competitive price and I could not be happier with my new energy efficient unit. It has been installed just in time for the next heat wave. Thank you!

    New furnace and heat pump

    Would highly recommend RB Heating. We had a new furnace and heat pump installed, the technicians Albert and Josh were very courteous and respectful. There install was very well done and we are very pleased with there service as well as the office staff.

    Heat pump

    Albert and Josh were very professional, excellent service, from the installation, to cleaning up each day, to the attention to detail, to the user instructions. Awesome job, thanks guys.

    Replace furnace with a heat pump and new furnace for backup.

    RB Heating was fantastic to work with at all levels. Very professional and knowledgeable. From the ladies in the office to Josh who came to do the initial assessment and the tradesmen who came to install the new equipment. I would strongly recommend RB Heating to anyone in the Kemptville area.

    Furnace, Heat pump, boiler, fireplace and hrv install and maintenance

    RB Heating installed a complete system in our new home several years ago that included a furnace, heat pump, boiler for in floor heat, hot water tank, HRV and fireplace. They have maintained this equipment since our install and we have always been happy with their service. They have excellent technicians that really know their stuff. We are currently looking at upgrading our existing heat pump under the greener grant program and again we find the team at RB Heating to be extremely knowledgeable to help us navigate the government program.
