I have tried to reach them several times by phone or via customer center and they never return my calls. I have 2 contracts that I want to cancel because I no longer live in the propriety (it has been sold) and I just cannot do it !

Contract was for front and back yards, agent came to front yard twice & ignored the back yard, & showed on my account that both were done I contacted them several times & ignored me. I will submit a complaint to consumer protection STAY AWAY

Started 2 years ago. Called them and clearly indicated I can spread my own nutrients but wanted someone to take care of the weeds. A salesman stopped by and promised that my weeds would be history by the end of summer... 2 summers later, following several calls to come again and deal with the weeds that kept growing, they said they'd be sending an inspector to assess... well, no inspector ever came until I ended my contract this past summer - was really really happy to pay the fees to get rid of these guys... so the inspector came after I resigned my contract and said "not all weeds can be removed!!!" Told him that obviously their sales people don't say this because they'd loose a lot of customers... SO BE AWARE. IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, GO AHEAD AND DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. OTHERWISE, BUY YOURSELF A FERTILISER SPREADER AND DO IT YOURSELF. Believe me, you will have great lawn with "some" weeds, but at least you will NOT get frustrated at lousy service and a company that only wants your hard earned $$$$. YES YOU HEARD RIGHT - THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY WITH NOT MUCH IN RETURN - THE WEEDS IN MY LAWN IS A FACT and I challenge anyone who can prove otherwise. **** PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD SO NO ONE HAS TO LOSE $$$ DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY**** Just read the other reviews and you'll know that all these people cannot be wrong. My lawn is still full of weeds after 4 years. We had another company come to have a quote for next year and they told us our grass was in very bad shape. Stay away, they dont spray the weeds unless you call them to come back. Might as well take 350$ and throw it out the window and you will have the same results.

Stay away! They have a poor customer service. Never return your calls! They take your money and never show up! Watch out when you sign the cintract. They don't tell you but you are stuck with them for 3 to 4 years.

I am paying over $150 to CANCEL my contract. In order to get a competetive rate, you sign a contract locking you in for 4 years, without them telling you that. To cancel since my lawn shows no improvement whatsoever, I have to pay the amount of the "discount" for the 4 years..... Does that sound fair? Just go with any other company on a yearly basis, this one is no better in terms of quality.

I've been with this company for 3 years and have not seen any difference in the amount of weeds that I have nor is my grass any nicer. I tried to get them to stop coming only to find out that I have a 4 year contract that I was unaware of and was not told by the person that came to do the estimate on how much it would cost. READ WHAT YOU SIGN VERY CAREFULLY from them before signing. It will cost me over 250.00 to cancel. Don't get stuck like me. Find a good lawn care place, not VERTDURE.
