Big Ben and his crew did a fantastic job in completely demolishing the interior of my 3000 sq. ft. century old home. The lathe and plaster walls were covered with multiple layers of wallboard and the ceilings were also lathe and plaster creating a difficult and messy environment. Multiple layers of the floor coverings and 2 chimneys were also removed.The crew of Steve, Glen, Rupert and Charlie worked through the mess with great determination and completed the project on time and on budget. Big Ben was always available to answer questions and promptly returned voice messages and his is word was as good as gold. They showed up on time. They had enough people to do the work. They were tidy. They removed the bins promptly. The workers were polite, friendly and conscientious. It was very hard labor, and no one complained.

Have used the services of Big Ben several times over the years and twice this fall. We did not want bin left - just needed an hour to load it - so they brought it, we loaded and they left - all within an hour or so. Price is great and yes bins are not pretty but when you are going to the dump who cares? Plus Ben and his team are great to deal with.

I am a senior who about couple of weeks ago called Big Ben's junk removal to get a quote on removing some junk from my basement and back yard (old refrigerator, book shelves, old power saw, bbq and tanks and miscellaneous junk). Ben came over and gave me a price then a week later I called him and he came in a day's notice with a bin and two helpers and in about 2-3 hours got everything gone! I was very pleased with the service and cost and I will be using Ben again to help me clear out more junk in prep for downsizing. Thanks Ben!

We needed to remove a metal post from our yard that had been installed either by a utility or a long-ago homeowner and it was causing trouble for my neighbours. I asked several different service providers - my current contractors, a scrap metal place, junk places. Nobody could/would do it until I called Big Ben who did it quickly, affordably, and easy for me. Would definitely call again.

So hard to knock the price or service. Having used this attentive team downtown for years, I challenged them to come up to North Toronto. They met the challenge perfectly. Timely drop off and pick ups are well received in Lawrence Park. Simply put, they give me confidence and make me look good every time. Keep it up gang!
