The original roof of our 2003-built semi-detached had quickly deteriorating shingles that were prone to blowing off in heavy storms. I contacted 6 companies to provide quotes for a new roof, and received 3. One of the companies was Markelangelo's. Mark provided a very reasonable quote to do my roof and my neighbour's. He had also done my friend's roof about 5 years prior, and my friend had been happy with the work they did. Mark and his team had excellent communication with me before, during and after the roof replacement. The crew of 10 showed up at 7am on the dot, as promised. They were polite and friendly, and finished both roofs in just over 8 hours. I am very happy they managed to do the job in one day, considering the constant rain we've been getting this summer. The workers didn't rush, and took their time to do things properly - they used 6 nails per shingle, as required by GAF. They put down the ice and water shield carefully. They had one worker who spent the entire time continually cleaning up the work site, and I have yet to find any stray nails or debris from the job. I'm very impressed with the work they did, and have already recommended them to several friends.

The crew replacing shingles on roof were very professional - no loud talking or music unlike may roofers we have seen. Once the job was completed the cleanup was excellent but what really impressed me was that the foreman pointed out an error with the placement of the roof vents that was subsequently fixed on a followup visit. I would not have really noticed A very good company.

Several roofing companies have done over a dozen houses in our area and Markelangel's crew was by far the best in our opinion. Markelangelo sent a large crew that did a roof replacement in just over 1 day compared to an average of 3 - 4 days for others. The crew was very professional with attention to details. The site was left as clean as before the job. Very well done!

2nd roofing job I have purchased from Markelangelo's. First job was so quickly done, great workmanship, comprehensive protective measures and clean up, responsiveness and very friendly crew that I did not bother going for other quotes when we moved into another house that needed a new roof. Highly recommended!

We needed a new roof. I got multiple quotes and Markelangelo came in the cheapest by far. Mark came to our house walked me through the options, explained the products and examined the roof for the quote. A week later we booked the appointment and had a new roof within 3 weeks of getting the quote. All in all a complete new roof took one day! Their team showed up in a timely manner and were done when they said they would be. Everything was cleaned up before they left which is huge for us since we have a toddler that likes to put everything in his mouth. It was a really positive experience all in all and I would highly recommend their services.

We are very pleased with the wonderful service received. We had a bad experience in the past but Markelangelo's did the job right. We would recommend them to anyone and already have. The staff was professional and answered every question we had. They were quite knowledgeable in their field and made us feel at ease. The work was completed on time and everything was cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there. We have had quite a few people comment on the roof. Very pleased and worry free now.

I am very happy with the job done by Markelangelo's. Mark took the time to explain the quote and helped me pick a shingle colour I wouldn't regret (now that I see it on my house, I love it!) His crew were polite, even after an extremely long day in the hot sun, cleaned up the site and answered any questions I had. I have already recommended Markelangelo's to friends who are looking to have their roofs done.

I had a very positive experience with this company. Mark thoroughly explained all that would be done and quickly answered all our questions while we went through other roofing quotes. While Markelangelo's quote was in the mid-range of the other estimates, I appreciated that Mark took the time to discuss the work, answered questions, and actually spent time on the roof before giving me a quote (half the other companies wrote up quotes from the end of the driveway). The installation crew were extremely professional: they were on-time, polite, quiet, and clean. They were very accommodating of us and really friendly with my children. They took care to clean up at the end of each day. Overall, I would highly recommend Markelangelo's.

Then the crew carefully removed the old roof, installed new lifetime shingles, and meticulously cleaned the work site before leaving. Exceptional work at a fair price.
