My wife and I are both impressed and very satisfied with high-quality service provided by Markelonagelo's in replacing the roof of our house. The company took time and effort to detail and explain (in writing) the work to be performed. Such work was done, on schedule, in a very professional manner with demonstrated attention to the protection of the property. The company also followed-up with a courtesy visit post-installation to explain the warranty coverage and to receive feedback. A most appreciated gesture, tell-tale sign of their commitment to client satisfaction. All in all, a class act. Bravissimo.

It took a while to get the roof done but it took only 2 days to complete and from I see, it's pretty good. Before I bought into it Mark was kind enough to explain the different materials and how it helps with the roof ventilation. Danny came back to completely check off everything and even replaced one of the plastic rain spout. Overall, service was great.

If you are reading this it most likely means you're looking for a roofing company. Well I can tell you that working with Markelangelos was one of the best decisions I made. The owner Mark came to give me a quote and I really liked how upfront and honest he was with me. Clearly Mark wanted to help me and he took the time to listen to my needs first before offering any suggestions. He never pushed and this is definitely a person you can trust. Once the project was underway there were a few items that needed to be sorted and Danny addressed all of them in a very timely manner and everything was taken care of. We would like to share our great experience with Markelangelo's Inc who we used to replace our shingles on our townhouse. My wife and I chose Markelangelo's for many reasons. For years, we have paid close attention to neighbours when they had their shingles replaced, knowing ours would be due sooner than later. We were particularly impressed by the jobs that were done by Markelangelo's, noting their clean and organized worksites. When it came time to get quotes on our roof this year, we received several quotes from different companies, but were most impressed by Mark, the owner of Markelangelo's, and his professional and honest attitude therefore we were confident in our final decision to hire Markelangelo's for the job. On the day that our shingles were replaced, we were again impressed with this company's work and the professional attitudes of the workers. They paid close attention to protecting our property and addressed any of our needs in a timely and professional manner. They took time to discuss with us details to watch for in the future due to our home being a townhouse and sharing a roof. The shingles were delivered by a separate company and there was an issue that arose. When we brought it up to Danny, the operations manager for Markelangelo's, he was very timely in resolving the issue for us in a most satisfactory outcome. Our roof looks fantastic and we have peace of mind with the warranty included. Kudos to the entire team at Markelangelo's. We were in contact with Markelangelo in early May to fix the insulation problems in our attic. Mark who came to give us the quote also explained that the vents on our roof were mixmatched and could not circulate the air appropriately. After some research and multiple quotes from multiple vendors, we decided to go with Markelangelo as they were the only ones to mention that the roof vents were also a huge problem. Before we got around to doing the attic/roof work, the derecho storm hit in May, and we noticed some roof shingles had lifted. I immediately called Mark back and he put me on the list for emergency repairs. Danny the roofing specialist came the next day and evaluated the damage, which was significant, because the roof shingles had been installed wrongly the last time they were replaced. He took multiple videos on the roof and showed us the wind damage, and explained the poor work of the previous contractor (hired by previous owners), and how the roof would be damaged at every following strong storm and that it was going to start leaking sooner than later. We decided to replace the roof entirely and went with Markelangelo as they were the only ones to take the time to explain to us like real people what the problems were and how to fix them. Our new roof will be correctly installed and guaranteed to resist to high winds. Fast forward a few months and the weather has cooled enough for them to do the roof and attic insulation. They did both at the same time, going through the roof to do the insulation, which meant less hassle and debris compared to going through the house. Danny supervised the roof replacement and insulation work and all the workers were professional. I especially enjoyed interacting with Andi at the head office. She is a gem. We are highly satisfied and will be recommending Markelangelo to everyone we know.
