Thanks to Chez 106 and Markelangelos Inc I was the very thankful winner of Deed #9 New Roof! It was very much needed and very much appreciated. Makelangelos was very organized, professional and the clean up was absolutely amazing! Job well done!

Dealt with Danny throughout the process. Very professional and responsive. Answered all my questions and did a great job installing my new skylight as you can see. Would definitely recommend them.

Had the roof replaced (large, high roof with a steep pitch). The team was friendly and fast with the install and I really appreciated the talk prior to the beginning of the job and the overview after it was finished. I also appreciate the attention taken to clean up the site and care during the work. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I am currently looking across at my neighbours roof where there are 2 workers removing shingles. There are only 2 pieces of tarp in the front yard and, as yet no waste bin. When Markelangelo's did our roof 2 weeks BEFORE the storm in May they arrived early with at least 6 workers who spent the first hour spreading heavy duty tarp around every side of the house. They also used 4 x 8 ft sheets of plywood tacked together as A frames over all of our garden. This was far beyond my expectations. They literally blocked sunlight front entering our windows with all the protection and nail/waste protection they placed around the house. The worked performed was continuous and professional. They answered our questions as to progress. They didn't curse and swear (at least not out loud) and they didn't blare music for the entire neighbourhood. By the end of the day there must have been 8 or 9 workers on site - our roof isn't large. They told us of two minor spots to be completed the next day which they did. They perform a thorough inspection and sweep both days after their work. Danny arrived a couple of days afterwards and did another thorough inspection of the work and a further so of the property for nails and debris. He then spent 15 minutes reviewing the warranty and telling us how to deal with any future issues that could arise. For anyone reading this I'll recap from our beginning I had 7 companies give quotes. Only 2 actually recommended that we sit together and review the quote (MARKELANGELO'S was one). Some companies said I didn't even need to be there when they looked at the roof - I suggest people avoid these. Most quotes where similarity priced, but Mark's included all the premium materials from their shingle maker whereas some others were a mix of cheaper underlay, starter shingles, and caps. I had a couple a requests for additions which Mark accommodated at no additional cost. So from the beginning to the end I felt my business was valued and that I paid a fair price for high quality work. As mentioned this was completed 2 weeks before the May storm in Ottawa. Our roof is perfectly ok.

We are very happy with the reshingling job Markelangelos did on our roof. The crew was very professional, on time, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. Mark (owner) was very knowledgable and offered good advice. I would highly recommend these guys, and the neighbours have taken notice of how good it looks, Id expect they will get more calls from the neighbourhood. Thanks for the great service!

I had a great experience with Markelangelo last summer when they redid my roof. There were a few minor things to follow up on afterwards but they were prompt in addressing it. I would definitely recommend them again.

We reached out to Markelangelo's after we spotted a leak in our garage that seemed to be caused by the chimney. They were quick to respond and have someone come by to diagnose the problem and provide a quote, and came back a few days later to replace the chimney cap. The company (especially Danny, Mark, and Andi) are super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their work. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again should we need their services, and we’d gladly recommend them to others. A lot of companies can learn a thing or two from Markelangelo's dedication to customer service.

Great job by Michelangelo’s Roofing & Insulation. We had our roof completed by then 14 years ago - called due to a leak - however it was due to extreme cold and lack of airflow in the attic. Fixed with roof baffles and upgraded and increased our insulation. Toasty warm and no leaks!
