This company has very bad service standards. They were efficient till I paid the deposit. It was all downhill from there. I had to call multiple times to just get a sample of the railing. After many more delays, they installed the railing partially - with screws sticking out. They never bothered to answer the phone. Finally when I got in touch, they gave lousy excuses about why they couldn’t complete the installation on time. After delaying for 3 more weeks, they called one morning, right before the holiday season, to inform that they are coming that day to complete the installation. Then they insisted on getting paid the same day – no invoice, nothing. The women who spoke to ask for payment was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She needs serious training on speaking to customers. She never apologized for the delays but kept insisting on getting paid. When I asked for an invoice for the balance, she threatened to charge me the full amount instead of the balance. This is the last time I’m working with this company and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Brampton Aluminum was very helpful, Brigitte, helped me with a over the phone quote, the installer came out to measure, two weeks later, we have beautiful black railings that the neighbors are still talking about. Thanks to Brigitte and her staff !!! True Professionals
