Installed ceramic tile in my basement, meticulous workmanship, fantastic results, would use them again in a heart beat! True professionals, pleasure to deal with and no issues what so ever. Upon completion, the basement was left clean and organized.

Mellisa was our sales lady she was great!!!! Everything was as agreed and work was perfect. Very happy with this non big box store. Mellisa even offers a extra offer she is a interior designer and is the best. My wife was in tears when she saw finished product.

Based on a friends referral, we had contracted Bayfield Carpet to re-carpet our staircase. Upon entering the showroom I was greeted by Melissa who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain carpet quality, price and design options. Melissa came out to our home with her samples and helped choose not only the right carpet colour but also helped pick out countertop, backsplash, and ceramic tile schemes for our future renovations. We were in the process of gel staining our kitchen cabinets and were having difficulty with the apication and age helped to show us how to apply it properly! Within the week, our custom ordered carpet arrived and Tony installed it beautifully, no more dirty old pink carpet, replaced with a lush brown modern one! Tony was on time, polite,friendly, and professional. We are now returning to Bayfield Carpet for phase 2 of our renovations, looking forward to more exceptional service and quality products. We would highly recommend Bayfield Carpet to anyone looking at quality flooring options from carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl or cork as well as excellent customer service and installation!

Very patient, listened to what we wanted, what we expected and how much we wanted to spend. We got the floors and carpet installed quickly with in days of choosing the products and at a convenient time for us. We would recommend them to anyone.

We got the boys at Bayfield Carpet Inc. to aid us in choosing our carpet for the basement, a warm plush berber that is sure to last the ages, especially with a little one on the way! They came and installed it while we were at work and came home to the job well done with everything cleaned up and ready to use. I would recommend this business to anyone. They do tile as well!

Great selection of tiles. Actually an amazing selection. They really help you when you come into the store with all the things you might need to complete the job yourself. They will even come to you house and do the work and its not very expensive - prices are extremely reasonable.

This store is amazing. They provide such a selection of tiles and hardwood. They cam in and did my back splash and charged only $200 for the labour. It was well worth it because it was a hassle to do yourself. I got the clearance tiles there - and they have a great selection and great prices - and saved myself so much money. Great store.

Great service at the store and from the installer. The company even went beyond and reinstalled carpet that was removed for renovations. I would highly recommend this company for its great service and quality carpets.
