Very un professional, showed up late to the scheduled appointment. The installation people were very rude. When describing the issue they used remarks stating that we were the issue. Very poor experience

Very punctual, polite, and clean. Explained the procedure, letting me know everything. Cleaned up very well.

Paid for a "Diagnostic" visit to determine why my geothermal wasn't cooling. Did not get a definitive answer. Company suggested to have our thermostat replaced for approx CND500 to see if that was the issue. Disappointed because the risk is all with the client. It seems to be a large amount of money to spend and not be sure about it. Question was raised with customer rep and did not hear back.

Incredibly consistent and hardworking folks who take the time to answer your questions. I look forward to seeing them next year again. They have helped me with both my heat pump and fireplace, at an affordable price. Could not ask for more.

Professional, quick, and responsive, we are very happy with the work provided. The booking process was straightforward, courteous, and clear. The day before the cleaning we got a confirmation email, with the name and a picture of the technician that would come the day after, Kyle, who arrived right on schedule and completed the work quickly, but with quality. We strongly recommend Carleton Refrigeration and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Wonderful gentlemen who removed old AC unit and installed a new one. They were very friendly, courteous, efficient and had the work completed in approximately 4 hours. Left the the work areas in a very clean state. Highly recommend this great company and their employees!

These guys & gals are amazing. We've used them a few times; to clean our furnace & air conditioner and to once (just last week) fix our very old air conditioner. We were so thankful the technician could fix the air. Professional Service, Fast and most of all Honest. We Highly recommend them !

My furnace died and I was in a panic because the temperature was going to be below freezing. I could not believe how professional and easy they were to deal with. They were so accommodating. From the first call to arrange for a quote to the end of the installation everything was top notch.
