I worked with Marcon on a total overhaul of my small and dated kitchen. Amanda was able to help design a layout that was not only more beautiful but also more functional. She has tripled my storage space. The cabinet millwork is incredibly high-end, and better than I could have ever anticipated. Paul is amazing at what he does! My home did not have a proper coat closet, and I'm so pleased I decided to also have a custom coat closet built for my entryway. Martha helped me to pick fixtures and finishes, as well as select flooring that would work on both levels of my home, while keeping both aesthetic and budget in mind. Marcon worked closely with my contractor and countertop vendor during the reno. Delays and price changes seem to be the norm for any major reno these days, but Marcon helped ease as much of that as possible from their side, making my project well worth the wait. Highly recommend!

Professional designers who are knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The kitchen installers pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. The final product is amazing and looks great. I would recommend Marcon to anyone thinking to install a new kitchen, millwork or bathroom.

My wife and I had our kitchen design/installed by Marcon. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and the team they have. Our designer was Amanda, god bless her patience with us. Her eye for detail, her experience and overall knowledge of functionality in her design showed us we were right in choosing to go with Marcon. Anna help with our selection of finishing pieces as well as tile for our backsplash. She also has a shape eye when it comes to overall design and knowing what her clients are looking for. Can’t say enough good things about our installers Nick! What a gentleman. Skilled at what he does, attention to detail and respectful of our home. Showed up when he said and always wanted to keep us happy. Lastly, Connie one of the owners. What can I say, she’s amazing. Never left a call unanswered, transparent, honest and loyal to her clients. She went WAY above for us when we had a big issue with another vendor. She is so easy to talk to and is always keeping her customers happy, no matter the circumstances! If you’re planning on a Kitchen/bathroom renovation, I strongly suggest and recommend Marcon. They are like a family and when you walk-in you feel like you’re part of the family. I used Marcon years ago for a bathroom reno; they only used one contractor. Fatima helped me choose everything and she was not knowledgeable at all. Sold me a tile for the floor that is supposed to be used for the wall. It had lots of grout and is now filthy looking. The contractor had his father do the work because he was on holidays and he installed some of the tile sideways. The caulking leaked in the shower and discoloured my marble. I went back for a marble backsplash tile and I was concerned that the grout would discolour behind the sink. I was concerned that the grout would discolour. I was assured that it wouldn't. Guess what? Sometimes it takes time before you see all the mistakes. (Let's not even discuss the low-flush toilet!) Ordered a sink where the counter would come over the edges and the company who cut the countertop cut it so that they had to caulk the sink. So now I am stuck with a grimy sink around the edges. Would never recommend!

I purchased bathroom supplies for 1 master bathroom and 3 other bathrooms. Anna helped me put a design together and pick up the style and all the details for all the bathrooms. She helped me pick up from higher end finishes to more budget friendly supply so i can stay on budget. Gino was great at delivering all the supplies when I needed as well as helped our contractor with details about how to install some of the furniture. We had our kitchen designed and installed by Marcon Kitchen and Bath Studio a year ago and we are extremely happy with it. It looks great and is a dream to cook in (so functional). Amanda was skilled, attentive, professional and very creative. When we ran into a block, she said "let me have one more go at it" and did a fabulous new design which no one else had even remotely considered (we had 3 quotes). She was also sensitive to our budget, never trying to up sell anything. I relied on her for colour and design input as well. We used our own General Contractor, Mike, (also excellent) and Amanda ensured Mike had all the information he needed to complete the project and coordinate timing.

Having Anna at Marcon help me select everything needed for the bathroom including sink, toilet, vanity, floor and wall tiles got the renovation process off to a great start. I was able to get everything needed in one place with outstanding personal service. They were most accommodating when it came to all questions that came up during the whole renovation.

Out of the best of three quotes, Marcon's may have been the most expensive, but after meeting Uli and seeing her design for our new kitchen, we knew Marcon was the one to go with. They were well organized and were very easy to communicate with. They addressed any queries we had promptly. We are slightly in awe of how well it turned out. Ziggy the contractor, although not terribly communicative, has a great team. Arnold was a perfectionist and always left the site clean and tidy. Thank you to them all. We love our new kitchen.

We're very happy with our kitchen cabinets. Uli was able to show us a number of examples and recommend floor tiles and countertops that might match (though we ended up getting those somewhere else). We already knew the layout we wanted so she didn't go through that process with us. Delivery and installation went well, though a couple of the cabinet doors had dents in them. The installer was able to arrange for us to get replacements, free of charge. Our hardware was backordered, but came in after a couple of weeks around the same time as the doors, so the installer only had to come back once. Price was in line with other quotes we received, and overall we're very happy with our kitchen!

I would highly recommend Marcon to anyone renovating their kitchen or bathrooms. Not only can they custom design exactly what you are looking for (in my case, from a magazine), their installation and after-service are remarkable. We renovated our entire home, and the ONLY company who comes back to our home for an after-service call is Marcon - and they do so quickly, willingly, and with a positive outcome (thank you Gino!) Customers don't realize how important after-service is until 2 or 3 years later, and believe me, it matters! Thanks to Marcon for always being there!
