Wayco installed flooring and carpets to my stairs. Flooring was acceptable but rough edges cut a bit shy of the walls in some spots. Carpet was a disaster. It was very slippery in socks and three people hurt their backs sliding down the stairs. My 5 yr old tore his new jeans and was bleeding from esposed carpet nails. I pulled four nails out that were exposed. Wayco had no sympathy and didn't stand behind their installation or product. DON'T EXPECT GOOD SERVICE OR INSTALLATION.

I was very disappointed in the service, attention to detail, and quality of the work. I was also displeased with the "solution" provided when these concerns were voiced to an owner. I would not recommend this company.

Very positive experience, very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. The product was devlivered on time and in great shape. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
