Alan came out and evaluated the job and had it resolved in an about an hour! Very pleasant and professional fellow!

I wanted a gas heater installed in my garage, but it has a really weird ceiling that made the installation very difficult. The guys figured it out and installed the heater perfectly. They were pleasant and easy to work with. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

My 2 story cottage was unbearable hot in summer. I tried using portable AC units but they would only cool one room and they were bulky and noisy. Always came and installed a new furnace and an AC unit and now my house is cool (or warm) upstairs and down. The price was reasonable and the work was more than satisfactory.

Your workmanship was great. Your service sucks. Don't believe customer when he tells your plumber Andrew something that would stop the work. Some of your prices were to high. 4 of 10. Never would use you again.

Aidan came to do some plumbing work and he did an excellent job. Our sink was really bad but no match for Aidans skills. He was friendly and helpful when I asked him a few questions about the furnace too. We have hired this company many times and they Always do terrific work. Thanks Aidan.

Called them to install 2 furnaces and Water heater into a hall. They came and installed, looked fine. Then with the first rain, water was pouring in, soaking the drywall. Called them back, they checked, and worker called the main office, said they would come out and tar the roof to fix the hole and pay for drywall repair. No one called. I had to call them daily, they sent out another worker,William, said I would get his report in email in 15 mins, did not happen. Then I had to call daily, asked to get manager or owner to call me. She called eventually, said she would talk to her workers and get back to me. Never has called back. They record phone calls, so I know she knows exactly what the problem is. They also screen calls with Caller ID, and if they don't want to talk to you they just let the machine answer. I can't believe how unprofessional they are, and so scared of conflict that the owner will not even talk to me!! Unbelievable. The only good thing I can say about them is the women they have answering the phone are very nice, and professional. However the owner is mal-treating them by leaving them in the middle and hiding behind them, instead of growing up and phoning me directly to deal honestly and openly with an unhappy customer. Unfortunately, I had already paid them on the day of their work. I have launched a complaint with the BBB. Public reviews is the only way I can hope to get their attention now. Meanwhile I am left with a hole in the roof, mold growing, and a costly repair bill to fix their shoddy work.

Colby is one of the workers for always plumbing and heating. He is friendly with excellent customer service. He showed and explained some of the appliances I had in my home that I had no idea how to use. He was very patient with my questions and calmly answered all. I will be referring friends to Always plumbing and heating.

Purchased Diamond club membership from Always that includes tune up on air conditioners and furnaces and discounts on pluming. Each job with a completely different plumber ended in damage to my home. Damaged stippled ceiling in bedroom when plumber screwed into a copper pipe releasing water into ceiling; burnt supporting beam in laundry room in basement; then damaged my AC unit by improperly trying to add refrigerant breaking the valve. Forgave the first two issues but think Im past the point of trusting competencies of plumbers from this business.
