Brought vacuum in for warranty repair, but the parts that they received were faulty. We ended up returning the vacuum for a refund, but Vacuums R Us were more than excellent in finding the problem, and then putting the vacuum cleaner back together again so that I could return it. They are a first class organization!

I have been doing business with this store for years, and have had nothing but the best experience dealing with Harb, and other amazing staff members like Ed. Quality products and professional service .

Was sold the entry level SEBO Powerhead ET1 - F2. Sold a generic hose and generic floor attachments. Paid $599.00 and tax. Found out I could have got an entire SEBO Deluxe accessory kit for my Central Vacuum instead for this price. I was told by another dealer that the wand that came with the Powerhead wasn't even from SEBO as it is a two - piece, non-height adjustable extension. It doesn't have integrated cord management in the Powerhead wand either. The hose supplied has an $80.00 power switch - when that does fail. This is cheaper product being marketed at the price of top quality product. "Misrepresentation". After the sale there was a "Final Sale" the clerk stamped on my bill. The only time I recall coming across this policy is in discounted product or underwear. Kind of shocked me to see this on a sale like this. If you have to put this on your customers receipt - I ask the question why are you afraid to allow a return if the product is still new? I went in and brought their kit back and asked them to order me a SEBO kit after explaining my concerns about their kit vs SEBO kit quality vs price. Was referred to the owner which at first seemed helpful but then asked me "What do I do for a living?". I said "None of your business what I do for a living". He tried to justify how his Powerhead and Horsehair Floor Tool was better than the SEBO Deluxe kit. I found out from another dealer these were not valid justifications. When I said I would write a Google review, he threatened me with a Lawyer. Go ahead pal. He became uncooperative at this point and I chose to leave the building He can keep his cheap kit. To the owner: you have a chance to get me the SEBO Deluxe kit I asked for as a direct exchange at the same price as your cheaper quality kit. Since you have a tough love policy of no returns which I was only aware of after your initial sale was complete.. Or you can ignore this post and I will keep this review up. Good customer service would solve the problem. I am sure you will have a rebuttal comment to this review but most reviewers will be able to see through it's validity. You said you have been in business for 40 years. Judging by some of the other one star reviews on here I find this a remarkable achievement.

took shampooer in for small leak. Called a week later said motor was grinding and couldn't be fixed. Told them we would pick up machine and bring it back home. They tried to give me a machine in worse condition and had other damage that mine did not have.

Required a new vacuum hose and they had one in stock and was less money than the big name store. Great customer service and highly recommend to check them out prior to buying parts elsewhere.

Took our vacuum in because it wasn't working and they called me after 10 minutes and told me it just needed a maintenance service. It was ready to the next day. Very happy with their customer service and their quality of service. It was good as new! We will be back for yearly servicing!
