When you seek service from this company ask for Tim. He is extremely skilled ok the job and also courteous. My experience having him do some repairs left me with the decision to always call browns for my repair and technical purchases needs. Also want to appreciate Tamara at front desk whose charm and warmth ushers an invaluable experience for all customers. Thank you Browns for these great hires.

They were great and very respectful would have them back anytime. Needed new furnace and AC.

Ryan (R2) was absolutely awesome! He came in and got the job done and addressed some of our other concerns. One of us is a first time home owner, and even for myself a lot of what we were facing was new. We had concerns about our gas stove and a few other things that we mentioned and he immediately offered to take a look. He took good care of us. Made sure we felt safe and had a great conversation with us. I don't like having strangers in my house so work like this is scary for me, but Ryan made us feel safe and like we were long time friends. You can't beat that feeling!
