Canadian Comfort replaced all our windows with new ones on our old house in the Glebe and we were totally impressed with the result: both products and services are beyond expectations! I’ve had two homes completely outfitted with windows and doors over the past 25 years by Canadian Comfort. The products, and the service have always exceeded my expectations. I’m thrilled that even now, years after any warranties had expired, a broken window lock was repaired in under 24 hours! I would definitely recommend Canadian Comfort, and they’re the only company I’ll call should I ever need to outfit another home. Thank you Charles!

Canadian Comfort Pros: Professional, experienced staff ranging from sales to installers, quality products, and excellent customer service. Cons: None. We had 12 windows replaced over 2 and a half days (as per the schedule for the job) for our 3-floor house. We’d never gone through the process of replacing our windows and Canadian Comfort made the process straight-forward. The sales process was great, and the salesman Jeff was very knowledgeable about their products. We appreciated that the sales process wasn’t high pressure, and Jeff took the time to explain the features and benefits so we could make an informed decision. We ended up with a solution that we’re thrilled with! Our installers Trevor and Mike arrived on time and did an incredible job. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was top notch. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had throughout the installation. They worked efficiently without rushing, kept the workspace clean throughout the process, and tidied up before leaving for the day. One thing we really appreciated is that near the end of the job they were not in a rush to wrap up and head out. Before leaving, they walked through the features of the windows, the warranty and we didn’t feel like they were in a hurry. We also valued that they took the time to check if there was anything else we needed or any questions we had before they left the site. We felt really involved throughout the process, and respected how they treated us (especially being new to this sort of renovation). We were incredibly happy with the entire experience end-to-end. The experience was very positive and we would recommend them to anyone.

Our neighbour recommended these guys and they did outstanding work. We replaced a three pane window with to picture panes and a center casement above a window seat, two standard casements and a double awning with a circle top on the third story. All the windows were in place just as it started raining. It took the two of them all day but they finished in the dark, pouring rain, on ladders and the temperature was about six degrees. We've had a solid opportunity to test out the efficiency of the new windows because our furnace quit when we turned it back on that night. With only space heaters we've been able to keep the house at a livable temperature despite night time lows of 0.

I want to give this company an excellent review for best pricing, warranty, service and product. Hal, my salesman, was particularly awesome and knowledgeable. My job was completed some time ago but when a large screen tore abut, I brought it in expecting to pay to have it replaced. They did it for free! I was grateful. Also, the price was lower than other Ottawa companies by thousands. Their North Star windows have a lifetime warranty on the cranks too. Couldn’t be happier

When one of our windows had an issue, my landlady contacted Charles, and within two hours he and his employee were at my door. I should add that this was at 4 o'clock on a Friday afternoon! Charles could have left us all weekend in the heat with a window that didn't function, but instead he came by and fixed it, and at no charge I should add! He and his employee were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. It's clear he believes in good relationships with his customers, and goes the extra mile to satisfy.

We hired Canadian Comfort to change eight windows on main floor, six windows in basement and side door. As our project has just completed, we cannot be happier about how everything went from the beginning to the finish line. First, we met Garry in our house, very polite and knowledgeable gentleman. After signing agreement with Canadian Comfort everything went smoothly, all steps. The owner Charles visited our home and took measurements. March 29-31, 2016 installation has done by Trevor and Larry. They preformed high quality of work, cleaned work area, were punctual and very polite. Simply, we cannot think about anything less than perfect score for this company. We highly recommend it.

I hired Canadian Comfort to replace 4 windows and my front door. The staff was very friendly, helpful and punctual. I was completely satisfied with the work that was done. The installers were friendly and they didn't leave any mess when they were finished. I would definitely recommend Canadian Comfort to anyone.

Manufactured and installed 4 basement windows. Product has excellent quality, price was competitive, installation was excellent. Very nice finishes on window interiors. Promptly arrived as schedule and installed 4 windows within 3 hours. Salesman was courteous and helpful. Plan to use this company for all future window replacements.
