Bought kitchen on gift card deal, have spent over 7 months trying to get my gift cards, orders have been cancelled spoke to both the kitchen manager front desk manager and regional director they are all horrified. They put in an escalation, been over 40 calls, 30 emails, no one from the store has ever contacted me back. More than 20 extra pieces shipped in error. Forced to take shipment when elevator broken because some employee thought it had to be asap so theyd get their commission. Tried to force me to get installation with less then half the cabinets then cancelled my gift card promotion. No one is willing to take any responsibility and this is after I paid for the whole design and install plan. Then part way through they decided they wouldnt be processing the pieces for my kitchen and cancelled the pieces I was waiting for and completely redid the order and told me it was my responsibility. Did I mention moving the boxes by hand at 2am since the main elevator was broken. Then living with the part of my house loaded with boxes for 3 months. The installer showing up only to tell me he couldnt do what they planned.

I used IKEA as part of my kitchen renovations. I had problems with their recommended installer. I went to IKEA and spoke to the kitchen manager and she said she’d get back to me I waited over a month and their was no response. I went a second time and spoke to another manger, I gave him a copy of emails and bills. He said he would get back to me. No one ever did. A month later I went back to the store, I spoke to 2 more people. At this point they looked me up in the system and found none of my complaints had been registered. They gave me a case number, said they call me back that day, it’s beem two weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. At this point I give up. I won’t be buying anything more from them.

I do everything myself at home and IKEA is a big part of it! Their product is chic and very cheap. It is much cheaper to buy it with them and do it myself at home

We have saved hundreds of dollars with our new house because we have decided to do our kitchen cabinet handles ourselves. Home builder mark up their prices and we were suppose to pay over 600 dollars with the handles that we want. But IKEA have just what we wanted! We got these gorgeous handles and save money!

The stockholm collection is a great product, have had it for years. Espescially love the self closing drawers in this collection. My only complaint is the assembly of the hutch, took far too long and the instructions were not very clear.

We went to Ikea for the material for our cushions. We like the variety of choices of material that they had to offer. However, it was very difficult to find a staff person to assist us. We had many questions about the material, how much it stretches, is it washable, etc. and there was noone to be found. We had to buy it and take our chances because the cost was affordable.

Excellent service as always. Very good value for money. This is our second apt that we furnished with Ikea and we are very happy with what we get for what we paid for. Customer service is always hassle free and selection/product availability never a problem.

I needed to get some low cost items for my room such as tables and lamps. I don't think there is a place that's cheaper than Ikea that has decent stuff. Although, it's nothing flashy, the room comes together and the service at Ikea is pretty good.

Purchased furniture for a playroom in our basement. Ikea had a good selection of storage for toys with well thought out features such as soft close cabinet doors for the little fingers. We also purchased a sofa and love seat that was easy to assemble.

I have the Ikea Billy bookcase series in my office. I love that there was so many colours to chose from and I added the door features to control dust. It was easy to assemble.. Price as reasonable for what I got
