Very good company and did what they promised. Happy with the outcome. I had wished I spent less but given the result I am not gonna complain. Good work. Very punctual and there weren't any last minute changes to the plans like it sometimes happens with other companies.

Penny Southam took our vision for a modern vibrant community real estate office called WestboroPropertyShop.com and created a design of a beautiful and efficient work space. We had Southam Design project manage the contractors and that was the best decision we ever made. Penny knows her stuff, knows how to manage contractors and who does good work. We ended up with a great space and are extremely pleased with our new office. It was not cheap but worth every Penny!

My boyfriend and I spent a year going to local home retail stores trying to work with different retail designers in order to redesign our kitchen and livingroom space. So many of the retail outlets were just concerned with designing us a kitchen not a whole kitchen/livingroom space. Plus we just didn't find "The One" that we were looking for. Finally I decided to call Southam Design and it was the best decision that I could have made. Penny met with us and understood what we were looking for immediately and how to get us there. The very first interation of her kitchen/livingroom design gave us the "WOW!!" that we were looking for. My boyfriend and I worked with Penny and her team to pick out everything from the wall colour, cabinet doors, to the style and colour of the sofa fabric. It was such a fun experience! Penny and I even had a shopping date at the furniture store! The whole team was very accomodating and knowledgeable. I can't say enough wonderful things about Penny and her team at Southam Design. I would use their services again in my next home without a doubt!!

We lost our house in a fire on Christmas Eve and are now rebuilding. The whole process is very over whelming so I needed direction and this venue at the fund raiser was a great start i will need more time with a desiner though and it may just be Penny. We had 40 minutes to review a number of different areas of concern and I came away with many suggestions for furniture placement, colours for room continuity, built-in ideas.

Penny had a number of very interesting ideas which would really elevate the look of the room as well as solve some design challenges. She also was a wealth design resource tips.
