    Roofing job

    I would NEVER hire this company again, certainly not if you want ANY service. Have been trying for many months to get issues resolved with this roof installation to no avail. Very unprofessional

    Sad

    At 12 years part of our roof blew off. Had fraser Valley roofing come out and check and was informed the roof was put on poorly. 10 year warranty through Fraser Valley Roofing and past the warranty. I decided to get another company instead of fraser valley roofing to fix it. One thousand dollars later roof was repaired. Didn't expect to be looking at replacing a roof so soon. Everytime there is a windstorm I hold my breath and check for missing shingles. Disappointing.

    New Roof

    Fraser Valley roofing did an amazing job on our roof. Their crew was on time, professional and worked hard to get the job done while maintaining a high standard of work. I would recommend FVR to anyone looking to have a roof done. 5 stars!

    Roof, Sun Tunnel and Gutter Shields

    The best roofing company I have had the pleasure of hiring after a couple of horror stories from past experiences. We changed from old cedar shakes to duroid shingles. New plywood and underlay was installed. The estimator, Barry, suggested that we have high profile caps to give our roof a really nice outline and he was right - it looks marvelous. A sun tunnel was installed to light up a very dark hallway in our home with some natural light. The whole project took a week of the crews working hard and cleanup was done daily. The quote was excellent and the end price was exactly the same as the quote. All staff members and crew were professional (but a happy bunch) and courteous and almost every one went out of their way to ensure that this job was perfect. I was also most impressed by the quote package provided for us to review and make decisions. There were no pressures put on us and all my many questions were answered when I asked. The hardest decision was choosing a colour. We highly recommend Fraser Valley Roofing Ltd to anyone wanting a professional roofing job done at a very competitive price.

    new ashphakt roof installed

    Never had a leak until they roofed the house. They forgot how to communicate with people after a leak developed. The receptionist was the only person that I could talk with. Finally I camped on their doorstep and still the person in charge did not want to talk. Stay a away from this company if you want service.

    Roof

    My husband hired Fraser Valley last month. They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. They did more that was required - some faccia boards needed replacing and they did that without charging us. The alignment of the shingles are not quite aligned as they did it late at night so we are in the midst of getting it fixed.
