I ave purchased paint from Uproar Design on several occasions and find Janise to be rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. The last time I purchased paint from her, I called in advance and paid for the paint over the phone and when I arrived, she flicked her fingers at me without bothering to get out of her chair, and told me my paint was at the front door, so I could take it and leave. I have never been treated with such contempt before and was quite offended. She has on previous occasions offered her design services to me; however, I could not possibly work with someone who is so lacking in common courtesy.

Colors were wonderful and brave, just what I wanted. Only issue I had was that I was charged by the hour and the owner talked WAY TOO MUCH! I was charged 1 hr extra that I disputed. Owner gave me a very hard time. Overall, very talented but needs to be more professional.
