Meticulous work and all the workers are excellent doing what they do. When I thought they have finished ironing out my driveway, they were not even halfway done.

West York Paving recently completed interlock walkways and driveway paving. They provided great customer service, Remo was very informative while planning and quality workmanship!

The care West York took in every step of tearing out our old, buckling driveway and installing a new asphalt one was commendable. That includes the clean-up. No gravel or asphalt bits left on the street, and the sidewalk was cleaner after the job than before!

We just had our driveway replaced (West York) in combination with some stonework (through Bluestone Project). It was actually really tough to find a quality paving company that was willing to excavate first while the stonework was completed and then come back to pave. Most companies wanted to do a one and done - excavate and pave same day. After many quotes, our stonework companies texted me the pic of West Yorks sign on a job they were working on together. We called, Joe came out immediately, provided an immediate quote (pdf througb email with dimensions, details of work). They werent the cheapest but certainly werent the most expensive either. What sealed the deal was just the pure professionalism of dealing with Joe. He was communicative, clear, honest and we got exactly what he described. The crew yesterday came to finish the paving and they were first class. Our driveway is like glass. Many neighbours have stopped by to take pics of both West Yorks and Bluestones signs because of the quality of both jobs. Amazing company and guys to deal with. Joe knew what needed to be done. We had our old drive that was in terrible shape taken up and they also removed the interlock walk. We chose a new interlock that Joe recommended and we are extremely happy. The equipment and team that show up are professional, (have you seen their trucks??) West York Pricing was very fair and the service was excellent.

What a great experience with West York Paving. They are a very trustworthy and exceptional company.My experience with JOE and REMO and their highly trained crew was outstanding.This without a doubt is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in addition to removing and replacing my asphalt they also realigned my paving stones on both sides of my driveway. They left the area spotless when completed. If I could give them a rating above 10 it would be given. Well done West York great job one to be proud of. Carl Wendorf.

I had our 25 year old driveway gutted and redone in Asphalt with pavers by West York Paving. Rimo was lovely to deal with, very professional and straightforward. West York does almost all the driveways in our area, I see them everywhere! Rimo honoured his commitment, and delivered exactly what he said he would. They said they'd pull out the driveway in March and install two months later and that's exactly what they did. The only reason I knocked off one star is because I was disappointed when I discovered that the new driveway sloped towards the garage a bit. When washing cars, water pools back into the garage. Not a major concern, but other than that, highly recommend.

Late August 2022 called for quote and signed contract. Early September 2022 old asphalt removed and base laid Early Nov 2022 pavement done, took one day and looks smooth and professional Winter 2022/23 my neighbour is upset as there is much ice buildup around his garbage bins and on his sidewalk. April 2023 weeds are springing up near my house and in some cases through the asphalt. June 15 today a crew of two came to remove weeds, inject weedkiller and patch/tamp where the weeds grew up so far. I was promised theyd come back and do the same thing if more weeds showed up this summer or next summer. They also tried to mitigate my neighbours concerns about drainage but there is only so much one can do with how water is guided down a sloping street. In future I would use this company. I would get the process started in June so I wouldnt have to worry about the job getting done before the asphalt plant closed for the winter. I would also know better what kind of timeline to expect for fixes. I have no quarrel with their work. I couldnt say another company would have done a better job. Communication and honest timelines are key.

Remo and team did a great job, on time and at a fair price. Lots of positive comments from neighbours on the finished look. They were recommended to me and I would certainly recommend them and have.
