We were very happy with the service Miro provided. He was always there when he said he would be, he kept us well-informed as to what was going on each day, he let us know immediately if there were any challenges and always had a solution at the ready. The quality of the work he did was top-notch!

We recently purchased a 50+ year old home that needed a lot of upgrading.. Miro of Kommand Contracting helped us first by re-doing floors in two bedrooms, drywalling entrance to old closet to increase wall space, smooth out walls for painting, then re-do a room that had wood paneling, painted tiles for ceiling and carpeting for flooring.. He finished the room with drywall, including ceiling, built out a mantle over the fire place, and did the flooring. Entrance to the room had a cement raised sill which he removed and put in a nice granite sill which he sourced. The room is perfectly finished, very professional and done in a timely manner. Will use Miro of Kommand Contracting for future projects!

We hired Komand Contracting to install our hardwood floor in our dining room and they did a great job. They even helped us source out and purchase the best flooring for a good price to get things started. The crew was quick, clean and efficient and did the job with minimal wastage so we even returned some of the unused boxes of flooring to save money.

We hired Komand Contracting to do a basement renovation, which included putting up walls (framing, drywall, taping), installing ceiling tile and a projector screen, and painting. The work was done quickly, professionally, and met all of our expectations. We were very satisfied with this contractor.
