Over 1 1/2 years to “incomplete” a landscaping project. New home with many projects the first was to create a windbreak with 8-10’ dense “fat Albert” evergreens. The original plan had a hot tub in a ridiculous location. Patio was ok. The rest of the project was a horrible experience and never completed. Should have done it all ourselves. At 70+ years old. Pathetic.

Simply put: you want your plants killed & to be charged for services that weren’t done, I’d recommend this company. When these issues were addressed with them, they refused to give a refund or even pay for the plants they killed. I’m not sure the exact cost because my husband dealt with them, but we had an ongoing contract with them throughout the spring & summer. You’d think that during COVID a local business would appreciate their customers, but we couldn’t have been more wrong to think that. Maybe it’s because they were able to continue operations when everyone else had to shut down, so they have no need to provide great service. Lesson learned - we now have an incredible local business we use that actually care. So in a way, thank you for sucking so we could find an even better company!

It all started out in a friendly professional manner, unfortunately after the installments were made the service and scheduling quickly deteriorated, nothing was done on schedule. Pool contractor was fired made a mess of pool liner and stained but asked for extras that didn't exist, cabana carpenter disappeared replaced with non skilled administrative staff and family acquaintances that painted cabana wrong colour, sprinkler system never worked properly, metal fencing gates never installed properly, many trees died and not replaced, paid for skilled subcontractors that were replaced with unskilled trade replacements, wrecked neighbours lawn during landscaping, dead trees still not replaced, held back less than 5% of total contract and Jeff demands payment before dealing with all incomplete work. Scope of work way over his head. My mistake cost me a lot of money and I will never recommend them for any type of work, period. It's in the lawyers hands now.

I met with Jeff initially and we talked about our ideas for the yard and what we wanted to accomplish. He added some of his own ideas which was great, but also listened very closely to my thoughts, he even remembered a small detail about our dogs habits! The design plan was great, but the overall project quality and the personalities of the crew was amazing!!! Couldn't be happer!!!

Good company, friendly and reliable people working for this company, excellent service. They show up weekly do the work they stated they will do and leave. They don't mess around and they get the work done. Always been happy with these guys.

Does a great job, no complaints and reasonable price. They do all the trimming and take away the grass. Staff are all very friendly. They come by weekly and if my lawn doesn't need cutting I just call them up and re-schedule for another time.
